I called this morning to schedule the repair of a minor leak. To my surprise they were able to send a plumber, Charlie, to me straight away. He arrived promptly, was personable, and explained nicely what needed to be done - or what could be done - without any pressure to up-sale me on services/repairs. He addressed 4 separate issues, one of which required the removal of additional drywall. He was extremely respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning up after himself. He was even able to fix the dripping tub spout we’d been living with for years with the correct cartridge he already had stocked in his truck. Best part was how efficient he was with his time. He stayed on task without sacrificing customer service, managing to get it all done in just a couple hours. Without hesitation, we would recommend Steve’s Plumbing.

Ezekiel came out and fixed the leak! More importantly, he went above and beyond and Came back twice because I couldn’t get him some answers he needed. He didn’t fuss about it at all. He was extremely patient and extremely professional. I would highly recommend him. I also love how much care he took and cleaning up the property after excavating so much dirt. 10 out of 10 totally recommend and would use them again.

I had a tankless water heater installed from Steve’s Plumbing a few years ago from and it works great. Brandon and Dima from Steve’s Plumbing today provided annual maintenance on the tankless water heater and inspected all of my faucets, drains, toilets, crawl space and outside faucets. They walked me through the detailed assessment. I appreciate their knowledge and due diligence.
