Scheduled a service for anytime between 1-3pm. Got a call from the technician at 3:22 that he can’t make it for another 1 and a half hours. Terrible customer service. Should have told us he would be late during the allotted time we were expecting him. We are going elsewhere for service.

Our old Whirlpool Freezerator was icing up, worse lately. Food items with horizontal surfaces quickly collected ice, & the bottom basket along with its contents would all freeze together. I found Mr Fridge online yesterday; they scheduled a repair guy for today. He came (so promptly); he saw (identified the problem); & he conquered it! We highly recommend Mr Fridge, couldn't ask for better service.

A very nice technician came in and steamed our freezer, removed both vent covers and thoroughly cleaned them. He removed the blockage in the drain line and all is fixed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

These folks are outstanding! Extremely highly recommended! I had an issue with my refrigerator, I called and arranged a time. Andrey came out and in a few minutes diagnosed the issue and had the tools to repair the issue.He had the issue fixed and up and running in short order. He was very pleasant and informative. Uriy was very professional and showed up a little earlier than the set time which was more than fine. I had an issue where the fridge was warm but the freezer was still ice cold. He pulled the top part apart cleared the blockage but determined the issue was something larger which was a coolant leak and he sealed it after testing where it was coming from. Turns out our fridge was working much harder than it needed to for a LONG time. The price was worth it because of how thorough he was and he was upfront about pricing. For the expertise I would recommend them 100% if you want the issue to be resolved.

I work as the service manager for a gelato machine manufacturer and have been using Mr. Fridge for service for about one year now.

Since the first time they ran a service call for me what stands out to me the most is their punctuality, very responsive communication, and most importantly their technical abilities and competence. Although the machine we are having them service is very obscure and very unfamiliar, they are able to perform the repairs for me with very little help or assistance required, and I am able to rest assured that they are completing the repair correctly.

On top of good service, their pricing is very economical. I would recommend these guys any day, they are great.
