Harman came by when my sewer line backed up and flooded the basement. He was able to open up the mainline and fix everything, plus unclogged my upstairs sinks too! We had a serious (and expensive) problem, but we got professional service at a great price.

I had a problem with water accumulating in my crawl space. Two technicians came out, prepared the area, and installed a sump pump. They did a great job. One of them followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was working properly and even offered to come back to double-check that a pipe bracket was secure. I really appreciated their expertise and patience in addressing all of my questions. Communication from initial contact through to the completion of the work was excellent!

I had to call upfront while i was on vacation when my neighbor called and
said our waste water was backing up into the house. I am so thankful I called them, they
worked through the night to fix it as I got a flight home. By the time I got there, they were
almost done with the work and charged me a fair price for everything. Gonna use upfront
from now on.

They recommended a new heavy-duty cover since mine was cracked and even suggested where to find one at a reasonable price. The cost of the service was very competitive compared to other companies I

These people dragged a hose across the back of my Corvette and made several scratches on the back .I called them sent picture to see if they would make it right they told me I would have to hire a lawyer and sue them if I wanted them to fix it WOULD NOT EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN

We were having an issue with our sewage pump on our townhouse not working and they came out within an hour to drain our tank and diagnose the issue. The team diagnosed it as an electrical issue so they notified their electrician and he came out before the day was up to finish the job. They didn’t try to upsell us on anything and they were quick, efficient, and fair on price (and friendly). If we have any more plumbing issues we will be calling AAA in the future.
