First of all they have no respect for anyone sleeping past 7am. And it literally has been all day for a two hour job. The weed eater has been running all damn day......and there's nothing but Rock gardens.....lmao....they did get the line of grass between the sidewalk and the building that's about 1 inch thick. That only took 3hrs!!! And we have to put up with this shit every other week.....omg! So much for getting sleep after a night shift of 14hrs!!!

Armando and his crew did a great job cleaning up my property after a complete septic replacement left it torn up and just bare dirt. He was able to help me create an affordable design that fit my budget which included building a fence and left the property looking better than it ever had. Everyone in the United Landscaping crew was respectful and extremely hard working.
The pictures don't show what a mess they had to clean up to get to the finished product. This property was a mess with stumps and blackberry bushes. So even though the finished product looks simple the amount of labor required to get it to this point was large.
I highly recommend United Landscaping and will call them again in the future when I need landscaping services.

I've hired Davis to clean up, mow, etc. for several years. He and his employees always do an absolute stellar job for a fair price! I highly recommend T&S Cleanup!

I was very pleased with the end result of Davis and crews hard work. I needed a lawn mow with clean up and a large pile of mixed debris removed from my property. They were fast, efficient and completed what I asked them to. Because I am busy the appt confirmation phone call made the day before was appreciated as it validated I would not be stood up by a new service. Yes, being stood up happens in Yelm! On the appointment day of service another phone call was made letting me know they were on their way. In today's busy world having a professional service like this is one is you can count on. We hired T&S for the second time & we were pleased to find they still have very reasonable rates & perform highy quality work! Davis and his colleague did an amazing job removing 15 year old ivy from almost 1/2 of my front yard. They were professional, on time and hard working men. They also provided the best price quote for the job. I will definitely work with them in the future.

I highly recommend T & S Clean Up. I recently bought a house with a yard that had been neglected for quite a while and needed a good clean up. Davis was very knowledgable about all of of the trees and shrubs in the yard and understood the proper techniques for pruning each one. He answered all of my questions about lawn maintenance. The results were wonderful. After Davis was finished with my yard, my new house really felt like home. Davis is a true professional who does a thorough job. Hire him and you will love your yard.

I'm afraid I need to update my original review (below). I have used T&S (Davis) for the last 3 years for monthly upkeep. I recently had to fire them for poor performance. He stopped showing up, didn't communicate, left the job early (after they had been paid for hourly work), etc. I can no longer recommend them. It's a shame.

Davis and his crew did a great job on my property cleanup project. They showed-up on time (or at least texted beforehand to let me know they would be late) and worked HARD the whole time they were here. No damage to plants that we wanted to keep. Everything looks great and I will use them again and for other projects. Recommended!

Davis did a great job. We have very old growth areas that needed a lot of shrubs and under growth cleared out. Davis came in and did a very thorough yet respectful clearing of the property in a shorter than expected time and at a reasonable price. He was also very helpful in working with me on options for vegetation removal. Would recommend for any clearing projects.

Davis and his work partner were awesome! My large yard was an out of control mess when I called him. Not only did someone answer the phone the first time I called, but Davis came out to give me a bid the very next day, and completed the work the day after that. He even came back the following day to clean up a little more, and do some extra work on top of that!  An added bonus was watching him conquer a bees' nest! His price was very reasonable, his work was excellent, his communication was efficient and timely via calls/texting, and his punctuality was right on. He will now be coming back once a month to maintain my newly transformed yard!
