Chimney Sweep reviews in Shoreline, Washington

Quick, clear communication and arrived on time. Very thorough work and cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommend!

Aaron and his team know what they are doing! Really nice guys and great to have in the home! Would highly recommend

Aaron is on point with chimney repair work and communicates well - I highly recommend this company!

These people go above and beyond. They're rightfully well respected so you might need to wait for an appointment, but definitely worth the wait.

Aaron did a great job.

I was charged $208 for a person to come to my house for 15 minutes and tell me that because my insert was installed before current regulations laws and they can’t clean my chimney. Very disappointed to be charged what amounts to $800 an hour for nothing without any warning while making the appointment that this was an option.

We had a leaking chimney that a different company could not figure out or fix. Pristine Sweeps identified a problem and did a great job with the repair.

Great company. Arrived exactly on time. Aaron was great. Quick, clean and did a wonderful job. Dealing with the office was a pleasure also. I highly recommend them.

Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning out and inspecting our wood burning stove - he went above and beyond what we expected and what we asked for. We will definitely be using Pristine Sweeps next year too!

Strongly recommend Aaron and Pristine Sweeps for your chimney, fireplace, and wood stove needs! Highly communicative and professional—will not hesitate to call again.

I couldn't be more impressed with the work that Pristine Sweeps did on our fireplaces and chimneys. They did the work for a price that was more than fair, especially for the quality of service delivered. This team consists of true craftsmen who care about their work--a rarity in the Seattle market. Thank you!

Pristine Sweeps was lovely to work with. I was able to schedule my service within a couple days of outreach, Jonathon was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Would absolutely work with them again.

I highly recommend Pristine Sweeps. Aaron came to check out an emergency blockage that left our family without heat. He gave us a reasonable quote, explaining each element and why they recommend it. They prioritized our job and got to us a day later. He was quick, thorough, and kept me updated as he worked. He was also just kind and respectful in general. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent communication, timely and reasonably priced work! Aaron was terrific.

Exceptional service. Pristine Sweeps rebuilt my failing masonry chimney and installed a wood stove insert in the old fireplace. These people are great, extremely skilled and easy to work with. I would trust them completely for anything chimney, fireplace, or wood stove related.

Preparing for our up coming move we had a home inspection completed on our house. The home inspector suggested we have our chimney inspected and repaired by a certified technician. Facing a deadline I looked for a reputable company who could complete the needed work in a timely manner. I was able to get a hold of Aaron and he made it out to the house to assess the chimney in just a few days. Aaron assessed the chimney and determined it did not need repair and the home inspector incorrect about their assessment. Keeping his word and business practice Aaron completed the estimate for free!!! He never once tried to pressure us in to a costly unneeded repair! I would recommend Pristine Sweeps to anyone looking for a trustworthy chimney sweep technician.

I HIGHLY recommend the team at Pristine Sweeps, LLC. It was late in year and bad weather closing in (Oct/Nov). Aaron found a spot for us on his calendar, to do our repair. Showed up promptly at 9 AM on day he said and was very honest with his recommendation for repair to our old craftsmen house in Ravenna. Could not be happier and have found our "Chimney Guy"!

Excellent communication, professional and high standards of work, Aaron and his team did a clean and tidy job of removing a wood insert and liner, repairing the firebrick in my fireplace, and sweeping the chimney. They left everything in excellent condition and even managed our crazy stairs without a complaint.

My experience with Pristine Sweeps was excellent. They are clearly leaders in their field. I chose them due to their consistently positive reviews and was not let down. Aaron went over and beyond to ensure that my job was done well and beyond my initial expectations.

Fantastic experience with Pristine Sweeps, I'm really happy! Great from the first phone call to the work being done. Easy, no stress job from my point of view. Excellent work done as we agreed to, crew was right on time as scheduled, and the work was completed exactly in the days they said it would be. Really impressed with how well this went. Thank you so much!

Jamie was excellent!! Fast working and patient with us while we were translating!! 10/10 recommend! He was very nice and recommended a service for long terms solutions not just here to do the work and get paid. He genuinely cared!
