Everytime I go to Apex they are rude. I feel like they go out of their way not to help me.

Apex has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot from them about appliance repair.

Saw one bad review and figured it was a fluke. Turns out they really are quite rude. Definitely won't be going back.

I've used Apex for my appliance needs for years as a property manager. Great customer service. Don't use anyone else!

Apex appliances provides a very reliable service for repairs on appliances. They have one of the best stocked parts stores to back them up.

A parts and repair shop like it should be! I really appreciate the time that staff take to help me figure out what repair to make and how to do it. I do my part by bringing in the model & serial number, and they help me take it from there.

@ssholes due to their inferior amplitude!!! Owner was one of biggest jerks I have ever met and I was only looking for a dryer knob, went up the road to Appliance service station where the service was great!
They must be writing thier own reviews!!!

They only seem to service apartment building companies and businesses from what they told me today. Just FYI for anyone
trying to get help with a single family residence situation.

I needed help to find an old outdated part. I talked to "Bob" on the phone and he spent a lot of time looking up part numbers, phone numbers, prices and letting me know what all my options were. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasent....Thank you for all your help! Hope to do business with you soon!.

This is the worst company. Customer service is not number 1 to them. They are rude and never on time. I didn't pick them to fix our dishwasher. We rent so we don't get to make the call. Today is the 3rd time they have been out to the house to fix the dishwasher and they are late. I call to find out if they are coming and the guy that schedules is so rude. The 2nd time they were here we had to go out to their truck and wake the guy up.

Apex is always available and has great customer service. I run maintenance for a property management company. I use them exclusively for all my jobs replacing appliances. I appreciate their customer service!!!

Called Apex in hopes of replacing a glass shelf in my refrigerator. I have never encountered such rudeness. I was unable to provide a model number immediately and was told by Bob that I couldn't be helped. Clearly, the model number sticker had been removed (the refrigerator came with the house) but to be told I was S.O.L. until I came up with a model number was just a lazy (potential) customer service. I will locate the model number and find another appliance supply to give my business to. The markup on inventory isn't just because the public doesn't buy wholesale; the public is paying for a SERVICE not a sour attitude.

My experience was very good. I called in for a part for a fridge. They did not provide coverage for that model, but spent time with me over the phone troubleshooting, looking up part numbers and online purchase options. Couldn't have asked for more.

Never ever hire them! You probably want to hear my story before calling them.
I live in a condo in downtown Seattle and i hired them to fix my freezer (ice built up)

9/18/2015: They came to fix my refrigerator

9/19~9/20 2015: I started to notice my carpet right next to kitchen was wet and the water didn't go away. (photo below)

9/21/2015: I had my facility manager came to check and then found out the water was from my kitchen. my whole kitchen was flooded, there was lots of water under my hardwood floor. We found out the water was leaking from the pipe that connecting to the freezer. There was a tiny hole on the pipe but instead of getting fixed properly, it was taped up with electric tape. So over the weekend, the water just gradually leaked out and my whole kitchen was ruined.

We called them right away and asked them to come check the damage and here was their response

APEX: We had nothing to do with that. We only went fix the freezer. Its the owner who made a hole on the pipe and taped it up with tape. We had nothing to do with that. And we are all booked these two days so we cannot come check.

They refused to send someone to check at the damage and refused to even take any responsibility on that. I was told on the phone, they won't take any responsibility unless i sued them.

Long story short. My whole kitchen was ruined and i had to replace the whole hardwood floor and some part of the wall and it cost me $8,000. Below are all the photos.

The interesting part is, the company didnt charge me at that time. They didnt call, they acted like nothing happened. 6 months later, on 3/2/2016, i saw a charge from them on credit card around $ 600.

It cost me $8,000 to fix my whole kitchen. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Think twice before you call them--if things go well, lucky you. If anything happened, you will wish
you found someone who is accountable and professional.

I called and asked if they repaired Samsung refrigerators all he said was “no” and then hung up on me while I was asking him if he knew of anyone who did repair work on Samsung. He is definitely not a people person, maybe he shouldn’t be handling the phone calls.

The guy at the front desk at Apex was really helpful - he helped me figure out what was wrong with my dryer heater assembly right there, using his multimeter. I had pulled the assembly out of the dryer and was trying to figure out what was wrong. Both fuses were bad but the heater element was fine. I replaced the two fuses and now the dryer works again! I will definitely go back here if I need to fix an appliance. I had set up a service call from another company but that was going to take a week. A little DIY work and excellent diagnostic help from the Apex guys, and I now have a working dryer.

Awesome! Just had a dishwasher replaced in our rental. When we finally buy, we will be calling these guys. Super friendly, knowledgeable, good communication and reasonably priced (even though we are renting, I wanted $ figures for future considerations).

Unfortunately I'm stuck with them because of the management company. I called because of a leak in my washer. They came out, said it was old, and replaced a seal. Unfortunately, they broke the timer when they pulled off the face. They MAILED a timer a week later and told us to install it ourselves. When we couldn't install it, they sent a tech out who said it was 1. the wrong timer and 2. missing the back, and someone would be out.

The next appointment was on a Saturday, a dsy they are usually closed. They were supposed to come between 10 and 12. We were home the entire time. At 12:30 we opened our front door to see a note that said "sorry we missed you". Now we had to wait until Monday to reschedule. Finally a tech installed the right timer (two weeks after the first one broke it)...and the machine is back to leaking. Another tech comes out and says it is because we are overloading it. It is a stackable washer so it's already small, but we cut the loads in half. The leak gets worse, and now it is gushing water after each load, but at least the clothes are clean. Called Apex again. They come out, now the washer doesn't work AT ALL. I called to ask when they will get it working so we can use it while management decides if they want to replace or repair, and Jim says "don't use it, it's leaking."

What an amazingly useless company that had us running around for nearly two months dealing with this. DON'T USE THEM. EVER.
