My experience with Pristine Sweeps was excellent. They are clearly leaders in their field. I chose them due to their consistently positive reviews and was not let down. Aaron went over and beyond to ensure that my job was done well and beyond my initial expectations.

These guys are awesome! The weather forecaster said we were to expect some snow so we wanted to make sure our fireplace was operational. So I called up Pristine Sweeps and talked to Michelle and she was amazing! Even though they did not have any room and it was last minute, they were able to swing by (they literally showed up when the snow started), Aaron knows his business. He checked things out, advise me about the condition of the fireplaces (both wood and gas), and cleared our wood fireplace for burning. These guys are responsive, courteous, understanding, and professional. We will be using them for all of our fireplace needs. I highly recommend them.

I happily recommend Pristine Sweeps. I received clear and timely communication. The appointment was easy to schedule and the techs showed up on time with blankets, etc. to protect my floors. They also pointed me to a wood stove recycling program that I didn't know about, which resulted in a healthy rebate! I received a report soon after the appointment with all the information I needed to make my fireplace safe and functional. I appreciate their kindness and excellent work ethic. Thanks guys!

I hired Pristine Sweeps for a sweep and evaluation and their guy (Jonathan) was prompt and friendly, wore a mask, and took off his shoes at the door. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. It was obvious he knew what he was doing when took the time to show me photos of my chimney that illustrated all the issues he discovered during the inspection. He worked quickly and left no mess. I highly recommend them and plan to hire them again.

Pristine Sweeps was recommended to me by my middle daughter, after I had contacted another random company and was turned off by their almost non-stop texts, emails and phone calls and asked who she had used. The previous owner of the West Seattle condo I purchased in May had not cleaned out the ashes, etc. in the living room fireplace, and I was regularly smelling smoke(!) When I contacted Pristine Sweeps by email, I received an immediate response from Aaron! I also received an appointment within a very short time, and on October 18th, 2022 Jonathan arrived right on time and was finished in 30 minutes!!! He examined my fireplace and chimney, explained what he was going to do - even making a short video of my damper situation to better answer my questions about opening and closing it. He thoroughly cleaned my fireplace and there was no mess left behind either. I especially appreciated how personable he was, and how he answered all of my questions without being condescending. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Customer Service!! Juliet was so incredibly helpful on the phone. Aaron and his team were incredibly efficient. They Took care of all three of our chimneys and pointed out a few areas that we should have a contractor look at. The explanations they gave were fantastic and there attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend Pristine Sweeps!

A very positive experience, from start to finish. We were having a difficult time finding a chimney service that felt trustworthy. After getting a few estimates for a cleaning and inspection from other companies, I was so happy to find Pristine Sweeps. They are professional, straightforward and very knowledgeable. We hired them for a cleaning and inspection, then had them back to rebuild part of our chimney. Beautiful work!

John did great work on cleaning, inspecting and later redoing the mortar on the upper half of our chimney. I had a lot of questions about what would happen to the fireplace/chimney if I wanted to install an electric fireplace and he was very positive and informative.
On the second day of mortar repair, it rained and Aaron came to our house the next day to make sure the mortar would stay in place.

A++ would recommend.

So grateful I found Pristine Sweeps to help with a venting issue with our furnace. Had initially been quoted a huge amount by the furnace company claiming we needed to replace the entire system due to inadequate venting. I called Pristine Sweeps who sent Aaron out who was very quickly able to determine our old chimney liner had corroded and there was a blockage, which was a simple fix. He then expedited our service (right around the holidays too!) and fixed the issue the next week. Thank you to Aaron and Pristine Sweeps for making our house safe and saving us a ton of money!

We needed to get a liner installed into our narrow and rather tricky unlined 1916 chimney. Aaron did an awesome job talking us through our options, and helping us get the best custom liner that's safe and provides good draw. We really appreciated Aaron's expertise - It's clear that he really understands the physics involved. Our relined chimney and rebuilt firebox is working great!

I called Pristine Sweeps for a chimney and fireplace inspection on the house we recently purchased. Aaron sealed some cracks in the firebox and gave me a detailed list of items needing repair or attention. They removed a 30+ year old wood stove insert and informed me about a $500 credit from Puget Sound Clean Air. Work completed was a chimney clean and seal, repair of the chimney crown, chimney sweep, and removal of old wood stove insert. I will definitely be calling them again for any chimney cleaning needs.

I’m sure their services are great and they seem knowledgeable, however their information and booking process could use some work. Based on the information on their website, “they do it all”, and there was no clear indication that they don’t service fireplaces with gas inserts.

We didn’t learn that they do NOT in fact service any chimney system with gas inserts until we’d been on a waitlist for a month and a half and finally received a phone call from their office. I wish this information had been up front and I could have gone to another service from the start.

We've been very happy with Pristine Sweeps! We've had Jonathan and Aaron out several times servicing our chimneys, including fixing 2 different leaks. We got quotes on the work from several companies but were happiest with Pristine Sweeps' responsiveness and honesty. They're easy to work with and we'll be using them again!

Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. Really glad to have worked with Aaron on a fireplace removeable. Sadly, I couldn't move forward with a new install, but he'll be the only one I trust with future work. Left my living room spotless after a chimney sweep.

I bought a wood burning insert for my fireplace back in 2018 and recently ran into a hiccup that kept Pristine Sweeps from being able to fully clean it out. Aaron, with Pristine, worked with both the company I purchased the insert from as well as the manufacturer to find a solution to this and now my fireplace is ready just in time for rain and cold. Excellent customer service, communication and a job well done. Thank you Aaron! I would highly recommend them.

This is our second time using Pristine Sweeps. Aaron does a great job every time! The first time he did an inspection, chimney sweep, and replaced our chimney cap. This time we need new flashing as the original flashing had started to rust through. He is kind and courteous to work with and leaves the job site tidy. I would highly recommend him!
