Reviews of local pros in Silver Lake, Washington

Chris was awesome. Called him up about limbing up some 40’ trees around the place. He happened to be working in the area so he came up to take a look. Showed up the next week and had them all done in under 4 hours! Great person and does great work. I definitely recommend!

Chris of Valley View Tree Service came on time, pruned and shaped 6 overgrown fir trees, cleaned up and hauled away debris for a reasonable price. Highly recommend VVTS for tree services.

Very professional and courteous. A difficult job done very well.

Awesome, quick work. Great cleanup. Would definitely use them again!!

Top notch work. The crew showed up on time, was polite, professional and by far one of the best businesses I’ve worked with.

I had a few trees that needed to be trimmed and some removed, and he did a wonderful job. Would 10 out of 10 recommend and I will be using him again in the future!

Did a great job for us. Showed up on time. Did exactly what was requested. Cleaned up everything when they were done.

Highly recommended!!!

We will definitely use them again when needed.

I had some trees that needed limbed up and one I wanted completely gone. They came out and were very professional and knew what they were done. Extremely happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to use them again

Chris was on time with for estimate, provided a reasonable estimate, professional and able to work a complicated area with overhead wires, cable lines, and a fence below the tree. Would recommend him and use again.

Chris responded immediately and came by after the job they were on, and still were able chop up rounds on a big tree that fell last year on my property. That was so helpful.. now we’ll use the tractor and splitter and fill the wood shed. Thanks guys!

They were on time and did everything I had asked them to do perfectly. Cleaned up every piece of brush. They were great guys and very professional. In the future I would use him for any tree trimming or removal.

Very responsive. Good communication, Trimmed 5 mature fruit trees, did an excellent job, great care. Trimmed branches were left neatly stacked. (we requested to keep branches) Very respectful and listened to what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

We HIGHLY recommend Valley View Tree Service LLC––especially if you live in one of Cowlitz County's more rural/remote areas, such as Toutle.

We've been completing some pre-winter landscaping projects and discovered that one of the trees in our backyard was dangerously uprooting and threatening to crash straight into the kitchen, dining, , and living areas WHEN it inevitably toppled over (which was only a matter of time and rain). This tree needed to be removed immediately!

Chris came out the same day we initially noticed the uprooting (Tuesday, September 27th), even though that meant he wouldn't make it to the house until early evening (after 5:00 p.m.). He offered a complimentary consultation and was able to schedule an emergency removal for end-of-day Friday, September 30th.

With some assistance from his friend and teammate Mark, Chris made short work of our backyard behemoth and ensured that we could literally rest easy as we entered the weekend.

You'll DEFINITELY want to save Valley View's information to your phone so that Chris is only a call or text away!

Chris, thank you SO MUCH for offering prompt, friendly, and high-quality service to Toutle. We sincerely appreciate your willingness to share your expertise with our community. (And thank you again for being so kind to my mother and offering her a fair estimate.)

So glad I went with Valley View Tree Service for my summer property maintenance. This year it was just to much for me to handle alone. I wanted to use a local service and after talking with the owner I knew I found the right company. I was given excellent service at a competitive rate, they even went through with a blower and rake getting every last leaf and small branch picked up. I couldn't get that level of attention to detail from the landscape company I used last! All and all the service was so above and beyond expected, I already have plans to bring them out again in the fall to limb and maintain my largest evergreen. Thanks again! I'll see you in the fall!

Christopher was very professional, friendly and responsive. He was prompt in providing an estimate that he stuck to. He performed the tree falling professionally and with all of the required PPE! A couple weeks after the trimming and falling was performed, he noticed that I had not cleaned up the trimmings as I had planned. He called me back the next time he had a chipper available and for a great price offered to chip and haul the chips away!

Chris was very professional and listened to all our concerns about removing the trees while not damaging nearby outbuilding. He removed the trees and branches without damaging the outbuilding and ground. I will definitely be using Valley View Tree Service again.

If you want the best of the best you will choose Valley View Tree Service. Chris did an excellent job cutting 3 trees down in our yard in one day. I was particularly concerned with the tree above our shed, but him and his crew removed the branches without any problems not hitting my shed. Even though he was busy, he came, took a look at the trees that I wanted removed, he gave me a competitive bid. But because he was so busy it took a month for him here to cut down the trees I wanted removed. He chipped all the branches and cleaned everything before leaving. I would recommend Valley View Tree Services every time.

To begin with, Chris was very prompt to respond to our message for a bid. His bid was very competitive and very accommodating when we added to the bid. He and his partner showed up on time, with good equipment and ready to go to work. As far as quality of work and professionalism, top notch! They took a lot of care in determining where to drop the branches and then when falling the rest of the tree as well. We had them chip all the branches for us and when they were done, they cleaned up the entire area, leaving just the wood. They will have our future business and we will recommend them to our friends.
