Excellent friendly service! This is our 3rd year using their tree light service and we love the way they look! We have also used them for roof cleaning and are very pleased with the results!

JP Nunez did an amazing job cleaning the roof, the gutters and also installing Christmas lights in only 2 days. All by himself and even stayed until 7:45 pm to get it done. Very professional

Cleaning of exterior of house was done and looks great, however, the bleach spray used for the cleaning was blasted all over my three wooden doors and took off the stain. My main front door was sprayed with my wreath still on as well. I’m left now with bleached doors. The repair of the doors will need to be done now once the Washington weather gets warmer. Not happy with the outcome. With that being said, the rest of the house looks great. I’d just make sure if you have wood doors/windows you make sure you let them know not to spray them.

Michael was very knowledgeable and personable and did an excellent job on cleaning our rooftop, Windows, gutters, and siding.

JP was extremely professional, with excellent customer service skills! He came out to touch up some moss growth (warranty), and offered to clean off the roof debris and clean out the gutters while he was there. He gave us a very reasonable quote and did a fantastic job! He cleaned off the decks and railings and plants/landscaping when he was done…wonderful initiative!!! We are selling our home and I sent pictures to the byers, and they were thrilled with JP’s work! They will be setting up regular roof and gutter maintenance once they move in! (Before and After pics included.)

This is the first time I used their service. Very professional when it comes to the business side, however the quality for the price very disappointing! I paid for a roof blow off and gutter cleaning. I was told that the price included clean up. I work from home and the service person said they would finish up and just leave when done so that they would not interrupt me working. I wish I told them I wanted to check first. I live amongst trees and a lot of debris on my roof was blown off and not cleaned up. It cost me $350 for about about an hours worth of work. I had just power washed my sidewalk a week ago and now I have to redo!. I have included pics with what was left behind. 6/17/22 -As of today no one contacted me to set up a time to come back to clean up as stated by the owners response to this review I had called a few days ago and was told that someone was coming out yesterday to finish the clean up. It was a no show with no phone call. Now that is not professional! I will be calling today for the 3rd time for a resolution.

Tariq was an amazing technician. Appreciated his attention to detail and above and beyond service. Wish I'd contacted Johnny Tsunami sooner. Will be having him back for other projects in the future

Lane Lolagne and Quinton did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning all my windows and skylights, and blowing all the winter buildup of duff from my new Western Red Cedar shake roof! They also cleaned out all my gutters (mud, conifer needles, maple leaves and seed pods), a difficult job considering the 4 Norwegian Maples, old growth Douglass fir trees, and large Western Red Cedar trees on the perimeter of my property. These young men were extremely efficient, competent, very patient and friendly answering my questions. There are other exterior cleaners on the North Olympic Peninsula, but I will ONLY go to Johnny Tsunami for all my roof/ gutter/ window needs. Lane and Quinton, hope to see you next spring!

The worker-tech was polite and answered questions. Did a nice job. Cleanup was great, too . His manager and asst were taking pic’s etc.. I hope this rids the moss. 😂 Thanx again.

This was the first time that I have used this service, but it won't be the last. They did a very thorough job with claning my gutters and even cleaned up after themselves. Plus there was no pressure to buy more services.
And what stood out to me the most was that they were prompt and courteous.

Made an appointment on Monday for service on Friday. Wednesday received a call that the Friday appointment needed to be canceled due to “vehicle maintenance” being done - appointment moved to Sunday, between 11-1pm. Sunday @ 1:15 no show…90 minutes and 3 phone calls (that we initiated) later, appointment was canceled via text. The scheduler had no way to contact the technician and wasn’t receiving any reply from a manager. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Will never use this company and will be sure to share this information with any neighbors who asks.

The price was over $400. The first technician arrived at 8am, though the “window” was 9am-11am. She finished in two hours. The windows had water dripping from them, there were streaks and spots and none of the tracks were cleaned. When I called the office, they asked for photos, which I sent, they apologized profusely and said that wasn’t their standard. They rescheduled another technician for the following week. He arrived 20 minutes after the “window”, washed the windows in the same manner as the first technician and left the house without even checking to see if it was acceptable. I’m done with them, no more energy to spend on this, will never use them for any service again and will warn others not to use them.

The holiday lighting representative arrived on schedule; was polite and agreeable to alterations. The lights installation along with roof cleanup was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you. Excellent job!

My roof looks amazing. Some of my windows are dirty than before they "cleaned" them lol. Looks like they scrubbed them with soap then forgot to rinse them off. Now they are all hazy.

Gavin did a great job on our Christmas lights. Install was fast, clean, and design was exactly as I requested. The overall experience from quote to installation was a great. I will use Tsunami for future projects.

Definitely not 5 star service for this return customer. Scheduled a roof cleaning over a month in advance for a brand new roof and skylight. Specifically requested to have the skylight thoroughly cleaned from tree sap. Told ‘no problem’ and fee was added to the estimate. Also emphasized that our deck was not safe to walk on (demo was to follow roof cleaning) Asked them to clearly note with their team.
When the team arrived, they were shown the condition of the deck and told not to walk on it or clean it off.
Shortly after starting, I looked outside and noticed Elijah was walking around on the deck with the leaf blower. Had to go outside and tell him again!
When they came to the door after cleaning I noticed the skylight was not cleaned.
Asked Elijah about it and was told he didn’t come with the materials or a waiver. Asked when they would be coming back, no real answer. Other household member signed off on the cleaning (which I should not have allowed) and I was promptly charged the full amount.
Called the office immediately and explained the situation and was told Elijah would be back out later in the day to complete the job.
He was no call no show.
Called back the next day and requested a refund for the skylight cleaning. Refund received but this was a very poor experience and feel we should charge you for babysitting your liability, unprepared and unprofessional employee ☹️

We manage rental homes and needed moss on the roofs cleaned (homes were 2 and 3 story). We called another company first and they were dismissive because we wanted an upfront and seperate bid for each home.

Johnny Tsunami was the second company we called and they had someone out to provide a quote the same week. At that time they offered up gutter cleaning as well. Estimates were reasonable and scheduling was quick.

Photos are within 24 hours of treatment. Moss is already turning color and will disintegrate over the next 1-2 months. Their service is backed by a 1 year guarantee.

Ty, our Service Man, was proactive in letting us, and the tenants, know when he was to arrive and when he had finished. He was respectful of property. Great communications. Great service. Would highly support this business in the future.

Highly recommend Johnny Tsunami Cleaning for any roof, gutter, siding and window cleaning projects. Both Mgr. Bobby Goldsmith and Tech. Mike Crawford are exceptional professionals. Knowledgable, Courteous, and friendly. And Mike's attention-to-detail and superlative work ethic was truly impressive.

Technician was late beyond two hour window. Customer had to hold ladder to complete service because no technician to assist and equipment didn’t support cleaning windows effectively. One window was scratched which happened during service.

The estimator Bill and t installer John are highly trained and skilled. Our job looks so professional because every detail of the application of the holiday lights is meticulous. I was consulted several times during this process to compare ideas and to be clear about our expectations. The finished job is gorgeous. Don’t go up that ladder one more year. These guys know what they’re doing!
