These guys were early and verified they were cutting the right tree down first before proceeding. They even made sure i was ok with where the debris landed. Highly recommend!

Needed some trees cleared, they did such a great job I hired them a second time to do another patch of maples. Very punctual, good workmanship, cleanup, and pricing.

Wow, these people are experts at tree trimming. I had them come out to cut back a big fir tree that was in contact with my roof and the side of the house. They cut the tree back expertly, had me out to inspect the job and left the site cleaner than when they started. Will be using them again soon!

I had the biggest Cedar tree cut down very close to my house and Darrel and his crew took the huge Cedar down and picked up everything . My Back yard looks great !! thank you and the guys were really good --very hard workers....

I would like to express my gratitude, even though I ended up becoming a non-paying customer. Rick was super informative and was kind enough to pass it to me to relay it to the pavement company performing a project. It could have ended becoming a liability in the long-term if the tree roots were removed killing the pine trees and eventually falling onto our neighbors and or us. Thank you for taking time off your day.

Get an arborist, and watch YT educational videos before doing anything you might regret.

The first year I hired them, they cut 4 trees for $275.00 . The second year they charged me $250 for 2 trees. This year they want to charge me $350 for the same 2 trees. They do great work but have been price gouging me so I will be seeking other services. I've called several times, and have been very diplomatic and calm, to see if I could figure out why and/or resolve the issue. But they refuse to call back.

If you are one of the elite and money doesn't matter to you, they do provide excellent service. If you're a working man on a budget, forget it.

Had Levi come out weeks ago for a bid on a tree that was very close to our house and against the fence separating us from our neighbor. The bid was fast and very fare.
Levi and his crew arrived on our scheduled appointment on time and all with very professional and polite attitudes. They treated my property with respect. Watching the 3 work together was a real treat. Levi ensured that the job wasnt completed until I was satisfied. A ferm handshake completed the day. I will be hiring them for all future tree work

Used to be the best but the owner was injured and his people don't follow his instructions. First year charged $1,200 to limb large walnut tree. This year same tree and another one were $2,000 and when I returned home found that a total of 4 limbs were cut on the big tree and 3 on the small tree resulting in $285 per limb. Should have known something was wrong when the scheduled two day job was finished in two hours

Called to complain and the owner never returned my calls so will never use again

We've had Darrel Emel's Tree Service come to our house on two different occasions. Without hesitation, they driven from Silverdale to University Place for estimates twice and to do work twice! The first was to remove a downed tree from a neighbors lot that fell into our yard and did a little damage to our garage and gutters. Patrick and another gentleman, whom, unfortunately, I don't remember his name, came to our house and removed all the debris, also trimmed back another tree that was leaning and looked as if it would eventually fall. They also cut the limbs and stacked them for us to use for firewood! They were very professional, also very personable. For that reason, we did not hesitate to have them do pruning for us. Jordan was in charge, along with Dan and Kevin. These guys went beyond what you would expect the average tree service to do! On a very large cherry tree, our 6 year old granddaughter has a rope with her swing hanging from one of the branches. Jordan made sure, but doing various trims on it, that the branch was very safe and secure for her for years to come! All three of the guys were very meticulous in their work. When I thought they were just about done and putting things away, I saw Jordan looking up at a few branches, took his supplies back out and trimmed more until it was to his satisfaction. I really cannot express enough how great Darrel Emel's Tree Service is. Would and will absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed!!
