Constraction reviews in Snohomish, Washington

A-1 Landscaping requested details + photos to provide me a quote. Two weeks after providing a detailed outline, including measurements of all areas of project, and photos, I have receive neither quote or acknowledgment of receipt of my request that was sent to the 3 email addresses shared with me. Time to find a more responsive landscaping company.

Paul and team did a large project for me where he took an unusable sloped backyard that is over 5k sq. ft and made it an outdoor paradise. They were professional, courteous, and overwhelmingly helpful. They went above and beyond with the landscaping, the retaining wall, the patio, and the deck! I could not be more satisfied with the job they did. The quoting process was simple and seamless. I would highly recommend working with Paul and team on any project you have!

My least fav landscaping and construction company. They have been on site in Kenmore for multiple weeks and have been using company vehicles to illegally block the entrance to our street where we live. They’ve cut off access with no permits or notification given to the residents.

The other great part is they parked in front of the mailboxes each day so we didn’t receive mail for two weeks.

Do not hire or work with this company.

Why don't you pay your sub contractors? Iv'e heard several complaints that you stall for months and make excuses for not paying in a timely manor. This practice needs to stop! How can you justify not paying your bills on time?

I have worked with these folks off and on since 2001. Mostly as a professional who refers them to my own clients. I’ve not known a more professional group of folks in the commercial / large commercial space ever. Highly recommend, have never had a single complaint. 👍🏽

These guys do not pay there subcontractors. So if your hiring these guys.. make sure and get Lien releases. So you don't have to pay twice. These guys are dirtbag so I wouldn't hire them....

Corstone has been great! We are always paid within a reasonable time. I feel it is fair to hold retainage to hold subcontractors accountable. There has to be more to the story than these fly by night reviews.

John and his team do some wonderful remodel work and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very friendly and their work is so efficient.

Management could be better .Supplying materials or labor to this company? make sure you get a down payment first.
