Devoted Tree Solutions assessed the trees on our property and gave us options for each one based on their age and health. Very responsive, prices were extremely reasonable and the crew was top notch. We had a 75' tree removed, fruit trees pollarded and other trees pruned. They were fast and efficient and cleaned everything up perfectly. Love supporting local businesses, but love supporting woman-owned businesses who support non-profits even more...and that's what you get with Devoted Tree Solutions! Highly recommend for anyone looking to have expert tree work done!

We were so impressed with Devoted Tree Service. They were on time, professional, and worked hard. They took great care to do exactly what we needed without doing any damage to the surrounding area. I would highly recommend them. the crew was super nice and did a great job and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm am totally impressed with Devoted Tree Solutions. From beginning to end they were professional and efficient. They were on time and only took 2 1/2 hours to remove 5 small trees from my back yard. They cleaned up all of the debris, racking and blowing and their pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

We were very pleased with this company. We began with their consulting arborist, Jim. We had hemlocks and maples taken off our acre property. We requested they leave the wood so they sawed it up in 16-18 inches so we could further split it (they would have hauled it away for additional cost). Their price was fair, they sent a crew who knew what they were doing, and from their arborist to the front office they were friendly and easy to work with. We have had bids and work done in the past with other tree companies for unrelated projects and would hire this team again. Highly recommend.

From the bid/estimate to completion of work Devoted Tree Service was exceptional! Professional, friendly, and thorough! Crew of four showed up on time, got right to work and completed job quickly. They were so kind and turned off the chipper and other equipment when our 4 year old, autistic grandson who has difficulty with loud machinery arrived for the day, They cleaned up so well the yard looked even better then when the arrived! A few hours later another crew of two came to haul away larger pieces of wood that couldn't be chipped. We will be recommending them to our friends and family!

Excellent service start to finish. Great evaluations done on site about the trees. An actual Arborist was awesome to talk to. The tree removal crew was friendly and all business. Great attention to safety! Very calm and cool in handling a big job. Everything done professionally. Clean and quiet the whole time. I would not hesitate to call these great people to do tree work .

I've utilized various tree services over the many years at my residence but none have compared to Devoted Tree Solutions. Becca (co-owner) is an absolute joy to work with from the initial quote through to scheduling, and contract signing. Also, expect timely response to any issues or concerns you might have; Becca and her team were always available to ensure you as the customer are truly taken care of. They did such great work ensuring that my large trees and shrubs were properly and professionally trimmed and or removed (no hack work) that several of my neighbors also hired them for additional perimeter tree trimming and removal (so in two months I worked with Devoted for three different jobs). The team from Devoted Tree are safe & professional and always cleanup around your property and surrounding neighbors; this includes the wood haul team if you need to hire them (again top notch folks). We are very happy with the end results and will be working with them again once the need arises!

We recently bought a house with some very large trees (100' & 120') on the property, both close to our house and our neighbors'. Dead and broken limbs were visible from the ground, so we wanted to get them assessed to make sure they were both healthy and see if there was anything we needed to do to maintain them before it got windy. We hadn't had any experience with arborists so I did some research and looked at a lot of companies' websites and reviews. Devoted Tree Solutions impressed me right off the bat due to their great customer reviews, the information on their website, and their responsiveness.

I made an appointment and Mitch arrived as scheduled to look at both trees. He let us know that the trees were healthy but in need of some cleaning up, as we had suspected. Mitch did a great job explaining what he thought was and was not necessary and why, and what would take place during the service. We decided to go with Devoted without getting multiple quotes as we had originally planned. I was glad that Mitch had not suggested taking the tree down, as I had heard that was common since it is a bigger job and means more money for the contractor, and cleaning up trees this big can be a big pain.

We had to schedule a ways out since they were pretty busy (understandable for the time of year) but when the day came, the crew showed up as scheduled, did a great job, and cleaned up all the debris.

Throughout the entire process, everyone I worked with at Devoted Tree was professional, communicative, and super nice. I highly recommend them and will be calling them any time we need help with our trees in the future!

Brent and his crew have done a number of projects on our property over the years, helping to maintain a number of large older trees, and recently removed a large older cedar right next to one of our buildings. Their work is careful, and the crew is on-time with clear and easy communication. Bids and scheduling are clear. Rain City Tree Works is a true five-star company.

I had Rain City Tree Works out to my home to work on a couple projects this week. There were a couple dead trees in the back, a few that had grown too big for the space, and some pines that were hanging over my house and garage. I was really impressed by how easy they made it to schedule the evaluation, work day, and payment system. They came to my house right at the scheduled time and worked so fast. They were very clean and respectful of the property. Did everything exactly as they said they would and really went above and beyond for us. 5 stars!

We live in a moderately forested neighborhood with green spaces and see a lot of tree removal companies--Rain City Tree Works stands out as one of the best. We had a large diseased red sunset maple on our property line that needed removal without branches or debris falling on the neighbor's side. Brent and his crew assessed the work with us in advance and relied on a crane to carefully and methodically remove diseased portions and the entire tree within three hours. Headsets were used to communicate, so there wasn't any shouting or distractions (we stayed safely inside our house and Jen kept us updated via text messaging). The work came in at the bid amount. Our neighbors on all sides were amazed at the speed, professionalism and thoroughness of the removal. I anticipate that Rain City Tree Works will see more customers in our neighborhood in the future. We will certainly use them again.

Brent and his team removed a tall pine tree that died in my backyard. They did an excellent job: they worked carefully and efficiently, gave clear comms in terms of plan and pricing, and protected the surrounding yard well with paneling in key locations. Five stars all around.

Very happy with the services provided by Rain City Tree Works! I had a relatively large tree in my front yard that needed to be removed. Brent, the owner of the company, personally came to my home and provided an estimate. They were patient with me as I figured out when the right time to do the work would be, and got me on the calendar within two weeks once I decide. They provided a proposal and invoice that you can review and pay for online in minutes. Their crew was quick, polite, and fast working. Each of the crew introduced themselves and were friendly to neighbors. They took care not to damage my property or house either. All around very satisfied with the service. I’d say I’d call them again, but that was my only tree! Definitely give them a call first if you need help!
