Neill was incredibly professional and kind. I only needed about 15 mins of help, he came by quickly and didn't even bother to charge me for his time since it was such a quick fix. I will be using him again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and communication. Since day 1, I've been chasing Neil to even get simple responses to my questions about work on our house, having to reach back out multiple times to even get an answer after waiting days for responses. Finally this guy decides to make an appointment between 9am-10am... again ZERO communication the days prior or the morning of.. waits until 9:30am the day of to text me he's running behind, I respond.. wait over an hour... call.. zero response... wait another hour, send text and another call.. zero response.. finally at 11:30 Neil decides he has the time to send a single text telling me he has other things to take care of as if I didn't just waste my entire morning waiting around for him to no call / no show an appointment.

Find someone else who actually values your time and business, if I could leave a 0 star review I would, as a fellow small business owner this type of customer service is beyond pitiful and absolutely not something I will put up with from other business owners. 100% would NOT RECOMMEND
