If you have a project, give Anthony a call. His skills are that of a craftsman and his background in architecture shows in the design. Anthony came to finish a bathroom remodel for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was easy to work with, noticed all the details, and put the time in to make it turn out great.

I’ll try to be concise, but I could spout praise on Anthony for hot minute.

I contacted Anthony with the desire of converting our garage into additional living space.

-Planning-
>The initial plan was creating a mother-in-law type suite. Anthony came out to our place, took detailed notes of our wants/needs/budget, measured the space and took reference photos.
>He presented us with three potential options, sort of a “baby, mamma, papa” situation in terms of features and budget.
>Anthony was SO patient with our design revisions. Budget was a main factor for us. He was super conscientious of keeping the key features while keeping the budget where we hoped.
>Communication through the whole process was on point. He kept us up to speed during the permitting process. Also he was very transparent during the process of finding sub-contractors and ensured he found reputable folks, people he and we could trust.

-Execution-
>Once we had permits in hand Anthony got to work immediately. The overall schedule/timeline for the project was written up and shared with us. He was provide almost daily progress reports.
>He took such care in protecting our existing space with floor cover and plastic wall sheets.
>Anthony was able to keep to his estimated timeline. (I don’t count the delay waiting for permits. He hounded their office as much as professionally possible).
>His design abilities are exceptional. He is schooled and trained and it shows.
>His craftsmanship is of the same caliber. He ensured a high quality build and I have no concerns with the longevity of the foundation and framing of our new space.

-Bonus-
>Anthony is just a great guy. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He would stop and chat with my kids and humor their questions/rants.
>This was our first major project; our first time hiring out. We experience NONE of the stereotypical horror stories that people share about hiring a contractor.

When we have more projects in the future, I’m calling Anthony.

Anthony of Crex Construction built these gorgeous custom stair railings for me. He was awesome to work with -- responsive during the planning, really fast at getting the job done, and the price was very fair. He also installed some doors for us and built some custom trim. Anthony makes doing construction on your home more fun than stressful, since he is so comfortable with construction and you know you are in great hands.

Working with Anthony was a seamless experience from start to finish. What could have been stressful turned into something we actually enjoyed thanks to his professionalism and expertise.

We were particularly impressed by his patience throughout the process. Despite several delays due to permitting issues and county requirements, Anthony handled every setback with grace and kept us informed. We never felt rushed or blamed for circumstances beyond anyone's control.

The project involved multiple subcontractors, but we barely had to think about it. His project management skills are exceptional - everything was scheduled efficiently and all the moving pieces came together flawlessly. We could focus on the exciting parts instead of worrying about logistics.

What truly sets CREX apart is their ability to transform our vague ideas into something that exceeds our vision. We came with general concepts, but Anthony has a real gift for listening and translating that into a reality that's even better than we imagined. They preserved our original ideas while adding practical solutions we never would have thought of.

The final result is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we hoped for and we're already planning future projects with CREX.

​Our project involved a water-damaged utility room that was also due for an update. As our only downstairs bathroom and the one guests would use, we wanted it to be both functional and welcoming. We particularly appreciated Anthony's ability to create his own drawings, which helped us visualize the final product. His woodworking experience was a big reassurance that the custom elements would look great. He sources quality products at fair prices and achieved a seamless match between the built-in components and our purchased cabinet.

​We're very happy with the outcome and look forward to tackling our upstairs bathrooms and kitchen with Anthony's team next.

They elevated an existing deck to a superb quality! Anthony has an impressive amount of knowledge about design, architecture, and engineering, that it instills a trust that the end result will be strong and lasting. The lines are perfectly level and so carefully put together that you can tell how much they thought about the quality. He was very forthright with pricing and kept me up-to-date with everything. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

For what we got, at the quality that we desired, the price was right. I know that this deck will last longer than we live in the house, which is savings in my book. I'll definitely use him for more projects and I recommend his company for decks and other projects.

I called and was told someone would be out the same day in the afternoon. The day went by and no one showed up nor did the office call to let me know. I called the next day and was told someone would come and the same exact situation... no call no show no response at all 👎🏽

Everything was perfect. They were on time everyday no hidden costs the house siding and paint looks amazing. They really went above and beyond for us.

I highly recommend Sunnyside contruction!! David and his team is very good at what they do. I would give them 10 stars if I have the option to do so. They are Professionals!!!
