I’d give 5 stars, but they ended up not needing to do anything, but nonetheless helpful. The service tech that came out was knowledgeable and gave me a better understanding of the issue and how I could alleviate it a bit myself

The technician Sam was very helpful. He showed us how to read a class since our system is over 20 years old and isn’t an lcd display. Looked at the mother board and seen some burn marks and said that needs to be replaced. He is very thorough and helpful.
