Excellent company for air conditioning service and HVAC diagnostics. They carefully inspected the compressor, fan motor, and evaporator coil, then explained exactly what needed repair. Their work was honest, efficient, and done at a fair price.

I'm currently working with Capital Duct on my crawl space. It hasn't been the easiest job for them but they make me feel completely taken care of. Amy in the office is phenomenal, she is hilarious, personable and caring! Matt and Dom are my technicians, they have gone above and beyond so far! I plan on using them for all my ducting needs and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

They were so nice and thorough with their work, didn’t feel they were rushing! Any messes (which was very little) they cleaned it all up and were very considerate. I would definitely have them back!

I would highly recommend this duct cleaning company! I truly appreciate the technician, Quintin, who came to my home—he did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived, I could tell he was very professional. He wore shoe covers and brought high-quality, efficient equipment that provided a deep and thorough air duct cleaning. He also shared helpful knowledge and before-and-after pictures with me, which I really appreciated.

I also want to thank the front desk team, especially Amy and her co-worker. Because of my kids’ school event, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I can’t thank them enough for their flexibility and kindness.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Great Job-great company

Andrew was great. He explained exactly what he was going to do and took the time to explain the technology he was using. He didn't have to disconnect my dryer and was able to do everything from outside at the the dryer vent. It only took him 15 minutes or so to clean the vent and then he used a meter to ensure that my dryer was putting out the proper air flow. A final cleanup with a powerful shop vac and he was done, I will definitely hire these folks again!

The workers were nice and informative and finished the work in time for me to get ready for work. Also they locked the basement door for me and that was a big thing cuz I didn't have to do it 💪🐢

Edit, in Response to Company’s Reply: The text message that was sent to notify me that the technicians were on their way arrived two minutes after they knocked on my front door. I’m not sure how that’s supposed to give me advance notice. As for the photos, when we had the service done two years ago, we were given before, and after pictures showing the vents before cleaning, including all the dirt and dust and lint in them, as well as the vents after cleaning. This was both our HVAC vents as well as our dryer vent/line.

Just had a job completed with this company, and this was the second time we went with this company in the last two years. Our first experience was great, but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. To begin with, I get email and snail mail from this company on a regular basis at least once per month constantly reminding me that they are there for us to have our ducts cleaned. How often are we supposed to do that? Every month? Seems a bit excessive. I called a few months ago to get a quote and was specifically clear that we would not be scheduling the job right away, because I was due with a baby, we just wanted an idea of what it would cost. After getting that quote, I received numerous text messages, phone calls, emails, and advertisements in the mail reminding me that I had not scheduled the job yet. I finally scheduled the job for earlier this week and when I scheduled it, I let them know that someone would need to contact me ahead of time when they’re on the way that way I can have the dogs crated. We also have a newborn and need advance notice that someone is on the way so I can be ready for them. Not only did they not notify me when they were on the way, they showed up 30 minutes early while I was in the middle of nursing. Between a screaming baby, and two barking dogs, I struggled to communicate with the gentleman through the doorbell camera. It took about 15 minutes for me to communicate that I wasn’t ready for them And they let me know that they did not need access to the house that they could do it from the exterior. I turned the dryer on for them and let them do their work. The gentleman did offer to sign for me when the job was finished so that I did not be disturbed and I let him know I would like to sign myself. Upon signing for the job and completing it, I asked if I would receive photos of the vent. We received photos when we had a similar job done two years ago, showing that the vent was cleaned. In fact, these were a set up before and after photos showing what it look like before and what it look like after. I was told that those photos would be included in a report sent a day or two after the job was completed. I just received the photos, there are no before and after pictures of the vent, and one of the pictures of the exterior of the house isn’t even mine. I am so frustrated with this experience. I don’t think I will hire this company again. I recognize that sometimes companies are able to make it to a job site earlier than originally scheduled, but the courteous thing to do is to call ahead of time and ask if that would work for the customer. I am also disappointed in the report that we were sent because I was expecting before and after photos like we had received a couple years ago.

Capitol Duct Cleaning is an amazing business. Everyone I have worked with there is extremely professional, practical and patient!! I appreciate their help so much and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Out the next day after my call, on time, very thorough job and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Brett and Joe were awesome shoring up and repairing our ductwork (which had become disconnected in the wall and trunk) and doing an Aeroseal when they had everything put back together. Very clean, very fast, and very good service. They will be my first call from now on.
