Dryer heat stopped working! Called and got scheduled for next day service! Edie arrived and immediately was ready to find and fix the problem. Within the hour dryer was working. Did not fix my washer. Only a few months later and I have to buy a new one which the repair person talked me out of. He didn’t address the error code on the machine. He replaced a part that was totally irrelevant and argued with he when I said I wanted him to fix the problem indicated by the error code. I feel like I was talked into spending money on a worthless fix. I have had to clean out my filter multiple times and unplug and replug to get the machine to work. I give up. So disappointed. I would never give my money to these guys again. I could have bought a new washing machine for what they charged. I feel robbed.

Edit to address your rebuttal: I am in fact a real customer but you may have my partners name in your data base. My story is 100% accurate to my experience with you guys. i am a real person not a competitor but here is a plug, I bought a new washing machine from Fred’s appliance for 600 bucks. Unless you have an expensive machine I would recommend anyone just go to FREDS APPLIANCE instead of using this company.

You see how a company truly operates not when everything goes perfectly according to plan, but when things go completely sideways. Edward came out to fix my refrigerator and ended up having to make three trips because every time he diagnosed and fixed one problem, another would pop up. Sometimes an appliance is just busted and there's nothing to be done. Throughout the whole process, Edward kept his composure, never gave up and truly demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. In the end he gave me a full refund, and even though the fridge was not able to be repaired, I will absolutely be using this company again in the future. Hard work and honesty is hard to come by these days and Edward demonstrated both.

polite service, it was immediately noticeable that they are masters of their craft. The cause of the breakdown was immediately determined, spare parts were ordered on the same day, and they were replaced literally the next day. It works without problems. Very pleased
