Great staff and ownership

These people are horrible,they make there money for the company by taking poor people's trailer. They own sunny vista mobile home park and I lived there for 15 years and have been now evicted. They have done nothing but harassed me and finally I fell behind on rent only four months so I went to get some help and they denied money from a organization (church) and they refused the payment because they are crooks they wanted to steal my trailer from put beneath me because they knew my trailer was nice and newly remodeled. Now they took me to court to stock me with 6,000 In attorneys fees. Then they denied me to even collect my belong out of the trailer and now they won't approve anyone who would want to buy the trailer because there trying to wait 120 days so they can make it look like I abandoned the traier

Inquired about a job and the lady on the phone refused to let me speak to anyone and was rude

I signed a lease eith jeff avery on March 4, 2025. After signing, I discovered a severe infestation involving thousands of bugs, which delayed my move-in until March 10. Additionally, the presence of asbestos in the unit was never disclosed to me.

On March 19, a fire occurred in the unit. I believe the fire originated in an area where an electrician had recently done work. The official fire report lists the cause as “undetermined,” but jeff continues to suggest that I was negligent and caused the fire by a guest using a heat gun. For the record, no heat gun was in use at the time of the fire and i have people that saw he wasnt. While I acknowledged owning a heat gun )when asked by a friend of his who made it seem like he was a fireman not his own person insurance friend ) it was not being used that day or since i moved in. He made up his own version of what happened. Fire report says it all. Then wanted to try to make me look like a drug addict in court. Did I ever try to belittle him? No i didn't. His wife Christine showed me the property. She was a pleasure. Jeff is making my life complete hell while trying to find new housing all over again which i need my money back for after making out all my cards on hotels so i don't sleep in my car. He made it seem like he was a good person but he had me fooled but do not rent from them! You'll end up with a prat problem and asbestos problem. He continues to ignore me meanwhile I see him having fundraisers for the people on the other side of the house. Ridiculous. It was not my fault.
