    They screwed up my floors multiple times and never owned up to it. Wood floors curled instantly after installed the second time and sank into the floor the first time because it was very uneven under the flooring. Terrible company. The person in charge (Robert) lies and even with a bad review from the floor inspector he still says it’s because of where my condo was located and was not his fault.

    Russell approached me and said if I let his company do the water restoration job on my house instead of another company that had already started that he would give me 20% of what the insurance paid him. Instead, he aksed me to pay for a new furance, (that insurance had already paid him for) and some clean up costs because he was waiting for the insurance to send him the final settlement check> not only did he not pay me the 20% commission he promised, he never paid me back for the costs he had my pay for him, well over $6000. Please notice how many Google reviews I submit vs everyone else on here.
