Very bad cleaning technique they don't care about the work the employees do.I heard them say if we don't get paid alot we don't do very nice work. The first day there was i being trained to use a rag on toilets then on company phones and computers. I am sure this is still being done because the young adult said I do this all the time.

The office staff is very friendly I'm not going to say much more about this particular company

I don't recommend Environment Control. Their billing practices are questionable. Kyle wrote in his invoice that I made an "off hours" initial call. I called at 9am on a Monday. Not sure how that is considered "off hours." but ok. When my insurance questioned other inconsistent billing practices on their invoice, as they do have a right, the owner of the company charged $200 an hour to review their email, thereby increasing my total to over a thousand dollars more and added an administrative fee. Then they placed a lien on my home even though my insurance already sent the check. When I called the front desk to complain, the front desk receptionist said that's just how they deal with insurance to get paid.

Customers beware. I had a very stressful situation and they made it much worse by having questionable billing practices. But apparently you're not allowed to question it. Or else they'll charge you extra and put a lien against your home.

Cleaned our building and did an incredible job. Thank you for the professionalism and cleanliness. Price was good too...

The main lady in the office is so rude. Everytime I call and need anything she literally won’t even take my transfer call from the secretary’s (who are so nice and kind not their fault) but I can hear her yell across the office in a nasty voice like she annoyed someone is calling. Hasn’t just happened once, it’s been at least 4 times now. I will say the secretary’s and the woman who actually takes the interviews are amazing, so sad to have someone so rude dimming what could be a great business

Very happy with the job he did. We were trying to get house ready to sell and were on somewhat of a deadline. His bid was great! Very nice guy. We ran into rain adter he started painting deck. He came back after and fix everything and looks amazing!!! Would definitely use him again!!!

We had a machine fail and leak hydraulic fluid all over someone’s concrete driveway. Saw Sean in a parking lot with his pressure wash set up and asked him a couple questions on how I could get it out. I didn’t have all the tools needed so he came by the customers house to give a bid, ended up doing the job right then and there. He got the stains out without any problem and made the driveway look incredible. He saved my bacon and made our customer very, very happy! He was polite, professional, prompt and his pricing was incredibly fair. He wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive quote I got, but he was the most knowledge and most willing to tackle the project. He’s a good and honest man. Will use him from now on anything power wash related.

Sean is your guy!! He brought back to life a deck and a fence that I thought might be too far gone. Couldn't believe how great they looked. I was prepping a house for sale and Sean was also key in simply partnering with me on several smaller projects, recommending ideas and pitching in to get the house ready. He was just so helpful with my project and did really amazing work, highly recommended.
