I hired this company because my house is on the market and I needed help keeping it clean for showings. I scheduled a deep clean for August 20 and a recurring clean for August 26. I confirmed the August 26 appointment with Brock on August 22 and had a text confirmation for that date and time. No one showed up on August 26.

After multiple calls and texts, I was told my next cleaning was scheduled for September 9—something I was never notified about. I had a showing scheduled at 1 PM that day and was relying on this cleaning. The only solution offered was to send someone at 2 PM, which was after the showing, and no other attempt was made to fix the error.

When I expressed concern, Brock said, “We just cleaned your house six days ago, you need it cleaned again?” I found this comment unprofessional.

Due to the lack of communication, missed appointment, and poor customer service, I canceled my service. I would not recommend this company for anyone needing reliable scheduling or clear communication.

Cannot recommend Maids of Movher enough! I had a great experience booking them for a deep clean of our house. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently and quickly, and were very kind and friendly. My house was SPOTLESS at the end! I will absolutely be booking their services again. Thank you Maids of Movher!

Great customer service! They do a very good job of cleaning, but I return home to find things "not quite" where I left them. It's all good, though, because the place is clean! I would recommend!

The team that handled my move-out clean was absolutely amazing. I was blown away by their attention to detail and the level of thoroughness in every room. They went above and beyond, making sure the place looked spotless and move-in ready. It’s rare to see that kind of care and pride in work, and I truly appreciated it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Caution! I used this company because the reviews looked good on line. They charged me $770 for a move out clean which was supposed to include the fridge and oven, wiping off the window sills, and the usual cleaning of floors, counter surfaces, etc… The photos pretty much explain it all. The floors were not cleaned, the shower and tubs had dirt in them from either dumping their dirty water buckets or something. All it would have taken was a damp rag to wipe out the remaining dirt. When I sent my negative feedback, the owner replied with an “after picture of the tub” clearly showing the dirt claiming it was clean. I told her I was shocked that she considered this clean. (Picture included) The bathroom floors still had dust and dirt on them. Obviously their idea of “clean” is not accurate. I believe they didn’t even do the simple task of mopping or sweeping any of the floors which should have been the minimum. They also require payment up front which I believe they do so you can’t withhold payment if they don’t perform the services they said they would. Don’t pay them up front!!!!

"I love the way Connor cleans my place. Very Polite and efficient. No complaints." From my FIL who moved to a retirement community that initially did not want anyone in his home, but now loves having his place cleaned bi-monthly. If they can change the mind of a stubborn 89 year old then they are doing it right!! Thank you!!

Our cleaning technician arrived promptly. After a quick run through of my home cleaning chores , she set to work. Each room was cleaned thoroughly and quickly. Her attention to details is a plus. I am a very pleased client. I will book twice monthly appointments.

We used Movher for moving services originally and they were fantastic so we decided to try their cleaning services. I am so incredibly impressed with how beautiful our home looks. Lesley was amazing! She worked so hard to clean our home thoroughly and I was so happy with her work! We will most definitely be requesting her in the future! Thank you for such an amazing job I’m super happy to host my family in our home for the first time!

I waited several months to review Maids of Movher because I had the opinion that the service is only as good as the last technician. I signed up for the deep clean (extremely satisfied) months ago then a recurring monthly clean. Each month is a different technician - some are outstanding and some just good enough. Here's the thing -- the business as a whole deserves a 5 star review. I love Sabrina's model and I'm glad to support a local, woman-owned business. She supports local charities with matching donations or discounting cleans when I make a donation. Scheduler Sara is fantastic at her job and so nice and accommodating. Each technician has been respectful, reliable, and uses their time well. And I love how our home smells when they're done. 10/10 recommend.

I discovered Renew landscaping services when Joel was first getting the company off the ground. One of the services I immediately requested was the insect and pest control. Thank goodness I did…the spider and other insects are almost non existent around the house, deck and garage. I’ll continue the regulate treatments and thank Renew!!
