Terrible service, I had to wait a month to get someone out, and it was still not fixed, it's actually worse now. My washer will not spin my clothes, and its a new machine, I called 5 times and get no call back, I called again today and no call back. Terrible service.

They didn't show up to our original appointment and then canceled the next appointment that they made without telling us they had canceled. This was an appointment that was going to diagnose a major safety concern as the dishwasher caused a fire
