I'm a general contractor and have used HES 4 times this year. I've upgraded an office building from 400 amps to 600 amps service. Replace and upgrade outdated panels on remodels. Install wires, outlets and lights. These guys have a great relationship with LNI and PUD.
They stay on the job until it's done. HES spits out excellence at everything I throw at them.

We had mark come to our home to fix our electrical furnace and he was a great help and got our heat back on.

We recently purchased a hot tub and needed someone to do the electrical work on it. HES responded to my email inquiry I sent through their website the Monday morning after I submitted the inquiry (Saturday). Scheduling an estimate was also easy - they were flexible and timely. They were able to complete the job within a week of deciding to go with them. We found everyone we worked with to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I got a call back as I was leaving a message! Someone was out here within 30 minutes of my phone call and checked everything out and even called the PUD to have them come out. Awesome! I will definitely use HES Electrical in the future.

I have been acquainted H E S for more than 5 years. They run a high quality customer oriented business. In the Moses Lake area. I recommend them when you need electric or heating work.

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Any questions or concerns I had they had the answers. We were looking at getting a sub panel installed but decided to replace the main panel instead. They gave me multiple options and explained all the pros and cons so I could choose the best option for me. I definitely recommend using them!

James took the time to come assess an old buildings electrical panel for me and give me some great advice. He is very professional and was able to the time out of his busy schedule to come at the last minute. His quote is very reasonable and I am sure with his knowledge he will do a good job if we are able to move forward on the project.

Mark with H.E.S went above and beyond with his services. We lost power late on Christmas day. He promptly returned my call and made it a top priority to restore our power. Quickly after his arrival he got the power back on. Instead of just leaving, he investigated what was causing it. After further examination he realized our oven was to blame for the power loss. He went out of his way to get the parts needed in order to make sure we had a working oven to save us an extra repair appointment. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

James and his crew were all very professional. I had my estimate for the work I needed within a couple days. The work was completed very fast (the only hold up was waiting for the power company to turn off the power so they could complete the work). I will definitely use HES for my future electrical needs

Fast and fantastic service. Showed up 10 mins early, walked through the 50 amp circuit install, answered my questions, and was done in about 90 minutes including inspection. Great company to work with!

Absolutely fantastic! These guys were able to get me on their schedule in TWO business days unlike everyone else who is booked out 3-4 weeks and their price was more than fair. The technician was very professional and knocked out the job in no time. The best part was, upon completion, he had it virtually inspected on the spot...So convenient!!! I've had some work done on my house in the last couple of months and I've experienced everything from an inspector walking in my home like it was an open job site to waiting 3 weeks for the inspector to come and showed up 3 hours after the two hour window that he gave me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HES Electrical and will only use them in the future!

Would highly recommend. Our main breaker went out and H.E.S owner scheduled our entire panel switch out immediately! He was prompt and completed the job so we would have power back on same day.
