Mark was incredibly professional n absolutely kind. He took the time to walk me through the process of detecting n solving my electrical issue.

Wonderful in many ways. I would recommend him. To keep you warm in the middle of the night. He's kind and thoughtful. Kind and safe with our animals, Very professional and clean. I recommend him.
And we just love him.

I highly recommend H.E.S electrical services. I live in an apartment and they were contracted to do electrical work. Not only was the staff, extremely respectful and friendly, but they were very knowledgeable with any questions and concerns that I had. They even came to my apartment and asked if I had any further questions or concerns before they finish the job. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, and I would recommend them for your next electrical needs.

Mark Ryker fixed our dryer outlet problem. We live in Odessa, WA so it's kinda far from anywhere really. He was even able to show up a day earlier than originally scheduled. Very quick and efficient! We are now able to use our dryer after almost 2 months of it being out of commission

Mark from H.E.S. assisted us with our electrical needs and provided professional, customer focused service. Mark listened to our list of concerns in our newly aquired older home. He was very helpful with our need to balance budget with needed upgrades (safety concerns) vs. aesthetic upgrades. Mark spent time above and beyond to address all of our questions and concerns in helping us make our decision, and was very reasonable and within our price (we got quotes from 5 different electricians). Needless to say, we will be repeat customers of Mark for our electrical needs.

Mark and his team were great. Mark came in to work on my bathroom electrical and ended up helping us with an additional problem that was small but affected a lot of outlets. He replaced the broken GFI outlet with a regular one and all the outlets on the circuit started working again. The company even reimbursed us for the food we lost over the weekend when the GFI outlet tripped. Our freezers were not plugged into the GFI but unbeknownst to us, it was on the same circuit. Thank you so much to HES Electrical for being kind, caring, understanding and helpful to our family.

Blew half my houses power out and HES Electrical saved the day. Mark was amazing. Super friendly and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend using them :)

HES has conducted HVAC work, water heater work and other electrical services for us and we have found there work to be excellent and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mark did a fantastic job with our mini split wiring project. Mark was professional...but I really appreciated how friendly and down to earth he was (service matters just as much as the actual work...having a great personality is a huge plus in my book).

They (James) came out quickly to repair my error (cut the wire) on installing a dog door and on a Saturday as well! Exceptional Service and mannerism, and he got along with our pets which is a rarity as people tend to dislike them as they are very helpful.😁 Thank you!

Mark was great! Showed up on a holiday after we had an incident with house a small house fire. He made sure to make sure that my family was safe. He got in and got the job done fast.

Mark is awesome! He gave me an honest bid for a panel upgrade and asked lots of questions to make sure he was doing what I needed (even looking down the future) and nothing more. I ended up going with him for my ductless installs as well and he was fantastic. His work was clean and right on target with what I expected. He’s always on time to the job, friendly and has great communication. I have found my go-to electrician!

Best service EVER! They have been here twice now - once to fix my kitchen light, and once to fix my dishwasher. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable. They even came back after hours to make sure my thermostat was working right. Ten stars!!!! They go beyond the call of duty!

HES treated me well through the whole process. I was continual kept apprised of when to expect Mark and he arrived just as I opened the garage door. Mark has a wealth of experience and did a superb job; he's confident, quick and efficient. The man really knows his stuff! I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked and learned a thing or two as well! HES did work for us at Troutlodge Fish Hatchery in Soap Lake, WA. They were on-time, gave us prompt service, and had excellent communication. I would recommend them for any electrical project.

If your need of an electrician I highly recommend Mr mark and his guys, they showed up on an emergency call fairly quick with a great positive attitude and very knowledgeable in their trade. James sent his HVAC tech out to our house summer of 2024 when our AC went out. The technician got our unit working within a couple of hours, which was a big deal since we were hitting triple digit temperatures! Thank you!

HES was prompt, professional and transparent about pricing. That was my phone experience. Let me tell you about my experience with Mark. He walked in, wanted to know not just about what was wrong, but about the history of our house and our wish list for our home. We live in a house built in 1911, so the wish list is long! He assessed what's going on with our house listened to our concerns and issues we're having and went to work! He solved our current issue and was willing to educate us on how to fix problems that might pop up in the future! Thank you Mark for your hard work and being so kind to my children.
