Great team, excellent service!

I had a great experience with this restoration company from start to finish. Dealing with damage is stressful, but their team made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. They were professional, responsive, and clearly knew what they were doing every step of the way.

A special thank you to Rosmarie, who was very helpful and informative throughout the process. She answered my questions clearly and made sure I understood what was going on without ever making things feel overwhelming.

First Team performed a pack out and pack in at my home. First Team personnel were very, very careful packing up my belongings and just as careful returning them to their proper place.
I was completely satisfied with their work.

I can’t say enough about this great group of people! I would recommend them highly! Phil, Christopher, Tersan and Michelle were all amazing!! Colby and Kat were also wonderful!!

Please do not use this company, even if your insurance company hires them like ours did... tell them you want someone else. We had a major disaster and this company made it 10x worse. We ended up losing way more than we would have had we done it all ourselves.

Very disappointed!
Our items were not cleaned, we received items that were not ours! Items lost!!!!! Stated they didn’t get them!! Don’t trust this place!! Safeco hired them!!! We weren’t given a choice!
We got them 8 weeks later and our insurance paid them $15000.00 yes the decimal is in the right place! We were told our items where junk. They came thru and grabbed an instapot and left the lid then said it was non salvageable, broke a computer stated we had a cracked screen never got it back. I didn’t sign disposal and they disposed anyway illegally. Use extreme caution DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Communication horrible! Clothes dry clean only got washed you name it!

Not only did my family suffer from a house fire but we suffered additional stress and heartache at the hands of this company who was supposed to take care of us during a very stressful and vulnerable time in our lives.

We trusted that this company would clean our items and keep them safe but they did everything to make the situation far more stressful and traumatic than it needed to be. I have been VERY patient with his company, waiting 6 months in addition to the 12 months of storing/cleaning items for them to resolve this issue.

When our items were delivered not only did we receive items that WERE NOT OURS!!! (And are still in my possession waiting for them to pick up by the way), I unwrapped my dresser just to find out it has been spray painted black by one of their employees!! How does this even happen??

My kids clothes were missing! Very sentimental clothing from my children who are no longer with me just….gone. I am completely devastated and heartbroken. These things can never be replaced!!!

I was also devastated to find out that my old engagement ring was missing and there was just nothing they could do about it because I couldn’t prove that they stole it. Because… you know, a company who steals, paints and breaks your personal property would never do such a thing.

The lady I spoke to “deidre” also said none of this was her fault or responsibility because “she didn’t work for” this company when my items were stolen and/or destroyed. I’m sorry, what? Don’t you take on the responsibilities of the company when you’re hired for the job???

Tool box was missing. Boxes of my glass cookware were just tossed into boxes and shattered. My cast iron skillet, gone… nowhere to be found… Went to bake some bread for Father’s Day and oh those bread pans are gone too. It’s like every week or so I find out that something else is missing.

I was missing my clothes and shoes.. My new vacuum was smashed and inoperable. My rug was stained yellow and they passed it off to me as if I wouldn’t notice… kind of like the spray painted dresser situation.

My new beautiful rug was missing but when I complained about it it magically appeared and was delivered later when I asked about it. Wall art missing. Gift cards. Books. The list just goes on.

They tried delivering a very nice leather couch that wasn’t mine and I was a decent enough person to tell them it wasn’t mine. I’m guessing other people weren’t so nice we must be enjoying new cookware or a new ring.

And this company has the audacity to give me the run around and delay replacing what was either stolen, damaged or defaced. Because it couldn’t possibly be their fault…!

This company is shady and should not be trusted!!! What was already a very traumatic time for my family has just become that much more devastating and stressful because this company lacks the integrity to do the right thing by replacing what was lost, stolen or damaged at their hands.

If you’re thinking of hiring this company, I would seriously proceeed with caution!

Run far away from these guys. They damaged my family’s contents. Everything was thrown into boxes like trash. If your insurance picks them you can choose someone else, I wish my parents would have known this. The office manager just blamed everything on the staff, no accountability. I highly do not recommend FRSTeam, if I could leave a zero I would.

I had a wonderful experience with FRSTeam. I was so nervous after my fire, but they came in and explained the process and my stuff was returned so nice. The people were kind and thoughtful.

Had a fire in garage which lead to smoke damage in the house. FRSTeam was out and Colby gathered computers to clean. Kat & Phil were back the next few days with their team's to take furniture & clothing to clean. When delivered everything was cleaned with care. Clothing folded and packed professionally, furniture wrapped so not to be damaged while moving. The whole team were very compassionate & kind

Rosemary and Joe have been instrumental in helping with the inventory and restoration of our business. I would highly recommend using them as they are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The level of customer service I received was a refreshing.

Top notch cleaning, storage, and return of our electronics after a house fire. I couldn’t believe how clean they got items. Phil and Austin delivered our goods, Phil picked up also, in a very professional manner. Door jambs protected, floors lined and overall being very careful not to damage anything was greatly appreciated. All items were returned to their original location unless we asked to be placed in our garage. We highly recommend FRST Team! Communication was great with technicians and the main office. Thanks!

My name is Karen Kuntz, I recently had an electrical fire in my Attic. First Team Restoration was on the job the next day they started packing my smoke damaged belongings, and my whole house. I needed to have a couple weeks worth of clothes cleaned to be able to go to work, they rushed the amount of clothes I chose and got those to me within a couple of days. I was so impressed on their attention to detail in cleaning, packing and storage my personal items while my home was being rebuilt. They kept in contact with me through out the whole process. When I returned home they had labeled every box with certain contents. They made it super easy to unpack all my items, and packed they did. The amount of boxes, paper, plastic and bubble wrap that was used to protect my crystal and china was more than a moving company would use. None of my items were broken, so grateful. My statues are now cleaner than when they left, great attention to details. Their team did a spectacular job with all my clothes and bedding, all put in plastic like the cleaners do, very impressive. If you ever have a fire or water damage, and in a position where you need a company that goes above and beyond taking care of you like royalty, do yourself a favor and give First Team Fabric and Content Restoration, don’t hesitate to call them first. I promise, that you will be amazed as I was.
