General Contractor reviews in Spokane, Washington

Aaron and Bing are great guys with plenty of talent and much enthusiasm. Aaron's passion is flowing right into his carvings!! They carved a huge majestic owl and 2 smaller ones into one stump and a 12' tall bear on another. We are delighted with them!! It was a great experience from the first meet and greet to final presentation. We highly recommend Chavez!!

Had a great time at Aaron's 2-day Carving Camp. He makes it look so easy! Aaron is full of enthusiasm and is very positive and encouraging. It was a great class! I learned that it's okay to make mistakes, to let your creativity shine, and not to be so hard on myself. "Imperfection is Perfection". Being able to come home with (4) wonderful carvings (Mushroom, Owl, Bear, and Eagle) that I can use to model from and improve my skills moving forward, is priceless. Highly recommend.

If you need any carving done. Looking for a gift for a wedding anniversary, birthday or something. I recommend you reaching out to Aaron he does some good work.

Thank you again for the Bear
Aaron!! You did a very good job on it. My Wife really likes it. It’s sitting on our front porch.

I had a stump in my yard (an older birch tree). I had Aaron carve 6 beautiful butterflies into it as a Memorial Family Tree. The butterflies are for my 6 beautiful grandkids. This is something I will cherish for the rest of my life. Aaron is such a pleasure to talk to and work with. Highly recommend if you have a project you need completed by a true professional.

Aaron Chavez is a world-class artist with his chainsaws and his various woodworking tools. I had a last-minute birthday gift idea to surprise my wife for her 65th, and Aaron somehow fit me into his very busy schedule on short notice to make the surprise happen while my wife was away. He traveled over an hour to come work on a 15 ft. Tree stump next to my house. I told him to do whatever he wanted with it, whatever inspired him. The results of his masterful creativity were nothing short of stunning, to say the least! What he created out of a straight tree stump was above and beyond my expectations or anything I could have imagined. Everyone who visits our home now and sees his work standing tall and majestically asks me "who did this? Where did you find him? His work is amazing" For anyone who has a tree stump of any size that wants it transformed into a unique NW Inland Empire style, artistic masterpiece, I highly recommend Aaron Chavez!

Aaron did an amazing job of creating a "Captain Caveman" sculpture out of our tree trunk. My husband and I have always been a huge fan of this late-1970's, 1980's cartoon character and imagined having his image as a staple on our property! Aaron made that wish come true!! He is talented, trustworthy, kind, and is devoted to his craft.

Excellent experience learning this new craft, and Aaron is an outstanding instructor! I’m truly inspired and eager to continue developing the skills he shared. The retreat is set in a serene and scenic location, and Aaron’s wife is a wonderful and welcoming host. I highly recommend this chainsaw wood carving class to anyone interested in trying something new.

Great experience, Aaron and his wife are wonderful people, after the carving he came out to make sure there was enough resin on the owl he carved.I truly cant express more just what a wonderful job they did, they are definitely masters with thier art work. Thank you again.

I would highly recommend Condron Homes for the quality of their homes and standing by the workmanship and their products even years after the original build.

Great people to work with

A builder you can trust!

Absolutely a great builder I would recommend to anyone.

The name of Condron homes should be synonymous with excellence!

My husband and I had a Condron home we lived there for 17 years it was well built and had a functional floor plan. I regret ever selling it.

Highly recommend this team of professionals. This is our second new Condron home and like the first time, each team member has been involved and helpful with anything that comes up or we request.

If you want a home builder that doesn't back their product, Condron is the one for you! Within 1 year of living in the home, our stove caught on fire. We had to argue with them for 3 weeks on replacing it because they wanted to repair it. It wasn't until our realtor got involved that they agreed to finally replace it and they took the damaged one and we assume they put it in another one of their homes. They also wouldn't replace the hole it burned in our floor because we didn't have extra flooring and they wouldn't order any so it would look different because they were going to replace it with whatever they had. We debated on making them replace the entire floor so it would all look the same but decided not to pursue it because it was difficult enough to get them to replace the stove.

A few months later and our driveway and sidewalk is falling apart. Condron was adamant that it was because we used a concrete safe de-ice product and because the city of Spokane uses magnesium chloride that drips off our vehicles. We don't park on our sidewalk so that argument isn't valid and we contacted the de-ice company and they confirmed it is concrete safe and it was the concrete. We had 2 independent contractors come out and they both said the concrete was defective. They said it froze before it completely set and 1 used to work for Condron and said that even though there was sealer on the receipt Condron provided that when he was a contractor for Condron they never sealed their concrete. Condron supposedly sent one of their people out to look at it but we were never informed of the time and had the person's direct number and could not get them to return our phone calls to ask questions of them directly. Condron refused to acknowledge any of these points or concerns and just continued to blame us as customers so they wouldn't get stuck with the bill.

We are a military family and for a business that prides themselves on American Made they don't treat their customers who protect America very well. We can't wait to leave the Spokane area and get reassigned because everything that cost more than a gutter nail for our home has been a challenge. This is our 3rd home purchase and we have never encountered such poor customer service or someone that flat out refuses to back their product. The entire city uses de-ice products, and we have in all our other homes and everyone's concrete is not falling apart - ours can still be swept up by the bucket full, and crumbles when you touch it, over 3 months after 1 application of the de-ice product.

We filed a complaint with the BBB and all Condron did was "respond" with their previous email correspondences so it looks like the complaint was answered so it wouldn't hurt their rating. I highly recommend staying away, they don't care about their customers. I wish I could leave 0 stars, 1 is too many.

Everyone on the Condron team was great to work with, even when we made change requests during the building process. We really enjoyed the building process with Condron Homes and love our new house.

If you want quality workmanship and the best customer care you will want to call Condron Homes. They have been going strong for generations, have high standards, and focus on American Made products. And they continue to serve you well after the sale.

As an experienced Realtor I feel very confident with the quality and care my clients receive with Condron. The owner is a 3rd generation builder. Many of their contractors have been with them for a very long time and they genuinely care about their clients. They offer American made homes and are Energy Star certified. They produce a quality home and each home is built with the intention of maintaining a long term relationship with their client.

We are extremely happy we chose Condron Homes. Thanks to Condron and their outstanding team, our entire process was smooth, enjoyable and quick. All of our requests were met and the smallest of details were paid attention to. If you're looking for a high quality and professional home builder, we would highly recommend Condron Homes.

My clients were very satisfied with the quality of their Condron Home. The experience throughout the entire process was smooth and comforting. The one thing that got my clients excited about the Condron family is the 3 generations of builders and their commitment to excellence. If you want professionalism, quality, and affordability consider the Condron Homes family.
