Jose from Dee's came out weeks ago and agreed to trim a large hedge for me. About the time he and his crew were scheduled to come out he texted me to say they couldn't do it. I have lost several weeks in getting this job done! The lack of follow-through, and not notifying me in a timely fashion....VERY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend such a company to anyone based on this.

Dee and his crew just finished a complete remodel of our backyard, They removed everything in the yard including grass, an old sprinkler system, plants, trees, bushes and an old fence. In one weeks time they created new bedding areas with river rock and concrete curbing, planted trees, bushes and plants, built a new fence and sealed it, installed a new sprinkler system, prepared the yard to be hydro seeded and then hydro seeded it. The crew is polite and professional. Every night they carefully cleaned up the job site. They arrived on time every day and worked hard all day even in 95 degree heat. We are beyond pleased with the result and the way the job was handled in such a timely manner. We would highly recommend Dee and his crew to do your landscaping!!

Dee's crew started my job on Tuesday and finished up Thursday. They had to lift my flagstone patio, grade and properly relay it along with an additional area about the same size and adjust the existing sprinkler system. They cleaned up the area as a professional would.
The work performed is worth every dollar spent to finally get the job done right.
My mistake was not having him do the work in the first place.
I love the finished product!!

Booked during busy season. After contacting 7 different companies, only 2 came out to actually talk with us, the other 5 refused. Dee and company quickly came out and got us on their books in a reasonable time. They were also very well priced, the other company had a up-charge due to being so busy. Did amazing work, were very friendly and explained everything to us as they went. We even had an issue with our sod, and they came back out and immediately fixed the issue. Now our backyard looks amazing. We will be using them again for future projects for our back and front yard! Would recommend every time. Dee is an amazing owner and his employees are efficient, professional and super nice!!!

Garrett, who handles their irrigation department, is very different to get a hold of and communicate with. I needed help starting my system for the year and repairing a valve issue that came up last fall.

I originally filled out the online contact form on the website and was told that I would be hearing from the irrigation department. When I hadn't heard back after a week, I called and left a voicemail for Garrett. He called me the next day and set a date/time to come out. He started up my system and, to his credit, the previous valve issue was not present while he was there.

About 2 hours later, the valve was leaking again, so I called him and left a voicemail to set up another time/date to get this fixed. I called again 2 days later when I hadn't heard back, and he never responded to me.

I ended up having to have another company come out to do the repair.

Dee and his crew are amazing. You can’t ask for better landscaping. They truly care about their work. 5 stars, highly recommended!

This company is top notch! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. On the days scheduled they showed up early and explained each process. Very reasonably priced as well. I will continue to use them for future lawn care and recommend them to others!

My husband & I moved to the area & needed our lawn serviced as we settled in. Jose was incredible & got a crew out the next day. His team is professional & does a quality job. They show up weekly to do their thing & every time it’s been 10/10.

This is the second season my lawn has been serviced by Spokane’s Finest Lawns. I am greatly pleased with all of their work. Jose and his helpers are very reliable and trustworthy—they are always on schedule. Jose is very knowledgeable about what the lawn needs and is sincere about doing his very best. Cost is reasonable and competitive. I couldn’t ask for better care.

When we relocated from Oregon to Spokane we were grateful to find Jose of Spokane’s Finest Lawns. All of his team are dependable, friendly, professional, and courteous - consistently going the extra mile to make sure they meet that standard of excellence which is their trademark. Spokane’s Finest Lawns handles our weekly lawn maintenance and weed control. Additionally, they have installed our landscape lighting, water feature and even our holiday lighting. It is a sincere pleasure working with Jose and he has our highest recommendation.

When we moved into our house the yard was full of weeds and the lawn was brown. After Spokane's Finest Lawns started treating our lawn it changed dramatically! Even the neighbors commented and said it was nice to see a green yard again! Very pleased with their service!

I just wanted to add that I had more work done this past Monday 3/18/24, for removal of lots of pine needles and debris and again did an excellent job

I found Jose online while looking at options for hanging Christmas lights on my home. He was so responsive and provided great options to add to our holiday display. Service was remarkably fast and reasonable. We love the lights on our house and intend on using them for our lawn service as well.

Jose at Spokanes Finest Lawns was easy to get along with and quick to respond. I mentioned my concern and he addressed it right away and even blew my mind when he said he is able to get it taken care of next day which is rare in his field of work. I have and will continue to refer Spokane Finest Lawns to all my clients, friends and family because they continue to put others first day in and day out like we do and it shows! Thank you for being the best around!

I started service from this company a week ago.

Initially I thought they did a great job on the lawn. Yesterday they treated the lawn. Today they were here for the second weekly mowing. They were here for 10-15 minutes - I'm hoping this is because they are fast and not just doing a rush job.

But right after they left, my neighbors came by and revealed that the employees had peed on the side of their house in two locations, which is obviously ridiculous and unacceptable. I immediately left a 0 rating (on a scale of 0-10) on the internal reviews they email after each service. Jose called me, inquired about the quality of the service, and assured me it wouldn't happen again, but didn't even offer a refund or anything beyond a verbal apology.

Needless to say I won't be continuing as a customer.

Our expectations were surpassed with Spokane’s Finest Lawns. They were responsive, professional and did the most amazing works on our lights. We have too many compliments to count and are constantly sending people their way. You will not regret reaching out to them for any of your lawn care needs! -Erik Bartolero
