I had 15 trees that were severely damaged due to an early snow storm a couple of years ago. Adam and Toni came out and looked at them and told me what they could do and how they would prune and reshape them. I am so pleased that I had them do the job. They have the equipment, the knowledge and are a pleasure to do business with. Also I thought there pricing was fair. I highly recommend this company.

We dad several tall trees that needed to be removed as well as a few others, deadfall and a large pile of brush we had collected. Tree Brothers brought down all the trees quickly and safely, ground down one stump so we can replant, mulched all of the small branches and brush and hauled away the larger trunks. The crew of 4 were friendly and professional. Their equipment is impressive.

It is hard to put into words how happy we are with the work of this couple! Our yard has NEVER been trimmed & pruned & so manicured! They are reasonable & they clean up everything beautifully! This couple does impeccable work & we would highly recommend them!

I have had other tree service companies remove big trees on our property over the past ten years but none of them were as professional, thorough, timely and reasonable as the Grace Tree Service Spokane. They not only gave me the best quote, but when it turned out there were additional tasks involved they were glad to take them on at no additional cost. When the project was done they cleaned and swept the areas better than it was. I'm was really in shock. I know they also do tree health evaluation and treatments too and I've decided to switch all my tree care to them in the future. Recommend them highly.

When I called Grace, Shannon told me they were several weeks or a month out from doing my tree removal job. I was a bit put off even though the tree wasn't going anywhere but once someone sets their mind to wanting something done, they want it done asap, which isn't fair to busy tree service companies (or anyone else for that matter). In any event, they were able to "squeeze" me in in only one or 2 weeks and everything went smoothly, including the stump grinding, which happened the next day. The darn tree is finally done. People really need to be careful about planting (small at the time of planting) tree near their houses because in 20 to 50 years chances are that tree will be someone elses problem. 5-stars to Grace Tree Service, and owners Shannon and Greg who were great to work with.

Greg said he would come after lunch. At 1 pm I called him, no answer. At 3 he called back and said that he drove by earlier and saw someone already working on the trees in our yard and that he doesn't work with others. It was my husband! There were 3 trees down on our house and my husband was in the yard, trying to do some cleanup so we could get from our front door to the driveway and this guy had the nerve to decide not to come because he thought there was a competitor already there. He didn't bother to call and tell me this so I waited all day, only to have no one come. When I told him we have every right to work in our own yard, he hung up on me. He successfully made a very difficult day much harder for me and my family. It was unprofessional and disheartening.

I called to get my trees trimmed at the beginning of summer. They informed me that they were not trimming trees until October as it was better for the trees, I accepted that and was put on the list for October.

This week I followed up with them as they had not done anything and they said that in July they stopped trimming trees for the year. No contact to their customers about this… now everyone else is months out to be scheduled… very unprofessional in my opinion.

Also, even after continuing to give them my name over several phone calls they refused to use my name. Not sure what that’s all about but very disrespectful if you ask me.

Everything was packed securely and arrived without a scratch. I really appreciated how careful they were with my fragile items.

They really know their stuff when it comes to tree removal. The entire process was handled smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
