Had an appt between 1-2:30 never showed up

Great service, they were quick and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called for an estimate for tree trimming. He promised to call right back, but did not return my call. Never heard from the guy.

Go with these guys. I got two other quotes and I shouldn't have bothered. These guys had the best price and did the job on time and on budget.

These guys are the real deal. They might not be the prettiest or the fanciest, but they definitely know what they’re doing. They worked efficiently and the price was right. Will be using them again for sure.

Weather has been bad and I haven't been taking care of the trees so they started to lean after the bad weather. They had the most reasonable price and they were great with their work. They cut it down fast and made sure everything was going to work out perfect. I definitely would recommend this to my other friends out there.

No, that' not my real name. But I did have Thompson Tree service manage some of my trees. I felt his price was reasonable and he did a great job of removing the dead trees and improving the appearance of the overgrown ones. Reynolds and his helper were prompt, fast and they cleaned up the my yard nicely after that were done. I'll have them manage my trees in the future..

We have a rental just off Sherman St. in Spokane that has been needing (badly) some tree trimming now for a couple of years. We have been putting this off because the big companies have been quoting us very high prices, and we've heard some horror stories about tree companies.

Tree Service Spokane was great. They gave us a free estimate on our 8 trees that needed to be trimmed, the price wasn't over the top, and the work was done in a very timely fashion.

Storm damaged Maple tree needed serious repairs. Ren responded promptly and did a great pruning and cleanup job for a reasonable price. We have used him in the past and have always been well satisfied. You can’t go wrong with this company

We used this company to remove an 80 foot pine tree and remove some shrubs. They did a very thorough job on removal, clean-up, and disposal. The price was competitive and they did what we agreed to. Matt the owner personally met with us to make sure we were satisfied upon completion.

Did a great job last spring but missed one dead branch on a maple tree. After 4 calls still haven’t responded to correct.

My neighbor and I share a tall arborvitae hedge, which was overgrown. Star Pruners reduced the height and tied it to support the large limbs. They did a beautiful job!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had. I hired Star Pruners last June(2012) to trim my 7 foot spiral schrubs and trim my 3 foot plants on my front walk round.( 2 tall , 6 small) I paid him $200 cash. A week later he called and told me he had done the work and if I did not like it just call. I called him back and told him he had not done the swirl to the top, he said no problem, he would fix properly and round the small bushes properly.I called him beginning of August. Once again said no problem , again no show. I called him again in Oct. Same B.S. no show. Last month I called him and told him I just want it done and you would not like my review on his web site. He called me back told me sorry and that he would fix it. It has been 30 days with no work done. $200 loss will not change my life, but I do not want anyone else to experience this kind of service.

Our very large hedge was overgrown and out of shape. Scott and his team turned it into a beautiful hedge again using only clippers. No power tools! The neighbors texted immediately and told us how amazed they were at the transformation.

Scott, and his crew, are quite simply the best. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did at my home. I highly recommend Scott, and plan to use him again
