Today Bill came out to clean our carpets and we are thrilled with the results. When I first spoke with Bill to inquire about services, I could tell he was very professional and definitely experienced in his field of exportese.
We just moved into a new residence one month prior and we're told the carpet in our unit was replaced. We consistently aired out our apartment, providing good cross ventilation to protect us and our two small dogs from chemicals.
The long and the short is since moving in my asthma has been severely exasperated and my allergies have been crazy bad.
When Bill entered our residence he said he could smell a chemical odor, which confirmed our suspensions. Bill did his magic, thoroughly cleaning our carpets, giving much detail to our home.
Coming home tonite, we could tell how much cleaner the air was and no more odor. We highly recommend Bill and will happily refer family and friends to use his services.

Bill did an awesome job! He got all the cat pee and dark spots out of the carpet. I reschedule several times and he was patient with me and even came out less then 24 hours after rescheduling. I am really happy with his work. Totally recommend. Also Bill charged me less then the other carpet companies that came out the in the past, to clean the same house.

This father and son team are incredible!! They not only got everything done REALLY fast, they included a few little areas at no additional charge to make sure everything matches and is super clean. All the carpet was dry within a few hours (it is 90+degrees outside) and looks like night and day. They even told us what is likely causing the bunching in our carpet, which was invaluable because it’ll save us $$$$ when it comes time to replace. In the mean time, we’ll be getting cleaned yearly! Highly recommend these guys. I called or messaged about 5-6 local companies and he beat their price by at least enough to mention it 😃 10 stars

Bannister gave us a quick and honest quote from the start, and they were able to come out quickly. Kitty clean up approved, we had stains and odors I was very worried wouldn't come out. They did!!! Our basement smells and looks amazing. The carpet is already dry overnight and there's no residue feeling. Highly recommend.

Bannister Carpet and Restoration did an excellent job getting my mom's house ready for selling. He stretched the carpet removing wrinkles and got out stains I thought would never come out. They did a fantastic job! Our floors hadn't been cleaned in a while so they were in dire need of a cleaning. WSC were able to accommodate my crazy schedule and got my floors looking brand new in hardly no time at all, AND they were super cost effective! The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to clean their floors on a budget.
