Owner of this company will leave you a bad review without ever even speaking to anyone in the actually company. He wont call back or communicate. Reflection of someone's true personality and work ethic. Find someone more ethical to clean your carpets!

When we moved to Spokane, we had Lund's clean the carpets in our new home before moving in the furniture. We appreciated their willingness to accommodate our shifting move-in schedule and the fact that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products. My wife has allergies and hiring someone that used safe cleaning solutions was important to us. The owner, Ben explained each step of the process, and took time to look at all the carpet in the house and identify any spots that needed treatment before starting. He was very thorough and did a great job.

When I called Lund Carpet Cleaning I was anxious to get the carpet done soon since I was leaving town. Ben was very accommodating to my request and was willing to come on a Saturday. However, he received a cancellation and I was able to get the work done even faster than that.
He came in, measured the area to be cleaned, gave me an estimate that had no surprises later, got to work and it was done beautifully in less than 2 hours.
I recommend them and hope every one has as positive experience as I did.

We've used Lund Carpet Cleaning since 2009. They've happily worked me in when I've given them short notice, arrived promptly and done a wonderful job.

It's 9:14PM!!! And Lund's carpet cleaning cleaning truck is so LOUD you can hear it across the street, across our yard and across our closed house to the farthest room. When asked to stop, the Lund rep said, "I can make this noise until 10 o'clock!" I called Crime Check and they said they had already received three calls about the loud noise and that the police had been notified. Lund soon finished and left by 9:35PM, before the police arrived. Very negative interaction! I am calling the apartment owner in the morning.

Lund’s came on the weekend because I work during the week. He was on time efficient and did a great job. There were stains removed that have been there for ever! Thank you!

I appreciated Bill's friendliness as he explained the carpet cleaning procedure. Later in the day I vacuumed and was surprised at the amount of dog hair I sucked up. I called Bill and explained how the carpet cleaning process brings more of the hair and dirt to the surface allowing a post cleaning vacuum to pick it up. Thanks for explaining that and I'm happy with the results.

I had a wonderful expierence with Carpet Cleaning Spokane! I have toddlers so my couches were full of spots and smears of food... they look like they're brand new now. I was so pleased to learn about the green products that they use as well as the services they donate for the Union Gospel Mission. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for an honest, locally owned, affordable, green carpet cleaning company!

Ben and his company have been cleaning our carpets for seven years and have always been on time or early for their appointments -- unheard of! When Ben didn't think a stain would come out he advised me ahead of time so I didn't waste my money having him try to clean it. Good, honest service!
