Great customer service! I was notified when the Tech was on the way to my home. He then took time to address my concerns before starting. I was impressed that he took the steps to protect my home while cleaning....edge protectors, furniture leg covers, etc. The carpets are were professionally cleaned and fresh and look it! I am very happy!!

One of the most professional cleaning companies I dealt with my basement flooded. They came as soon as I called. They did A great job cleaning up all the water and helping me with any issues I had to deal with in the basement. I would definitely recommend using this company again.

Highest possible marks for professionalism and honesty. Clean Customs came out to deep clean a carpet, but after a careful review, said they couldn't guarantee best results, and said I would be better off replacing it. They could easily have done an inferior job and pocketed $500. Instead they did the right thing for their client, at their own expense--a pretty rare occurrence these days. Next time I need a professional to clean a carpet (or probably anything else) I know exactly who to call.

Had pet treatment done. Got rid of the smell and got rid of the stain. They made my carpet look more vibrant, and now my carpets smell fresh.

Glad I hired this company. They were on time and it was actually moving day for us, so even with the chaos everything went super smooth on their end. Also got our couches done so those dirty things can have a fresh start too. Would hire again.

Prompt and courteous service but the end result was terrible. I was assured on the phone and via their website that pet stains would come out but the did not. The technician did nothing extra to even try and remove these, simply performed a normal carpet cleaning. Attached photos are "after" photos. Very disappointed with this company.
