You can literally make the product from your house and it works just the same. All you need is vinegar and water with some essential oils. And the soft scrub is made from baking soda and oils. The product only get up so much in bath tubs and sinks. It isn’t that great and their services are way over priced.

I want desperately to give them a 5-star review. They were amazing to work with the few times they came out. However, after we started a regular weekly cleaning they raised their rate on me with very little explanation and when I stated that I could not afford that rate and needed to work within a budget they stated that they were unable to work with me on that reaching that budget. I am sad to see them go as they did amazing work and were always very kind to us.

We really enjoyed their services the first time they came out. They are the most expensive game in town, but with how well the house looked and felt, I felt it was worth the insanely high price tag. After that it was a slow decline the next 4 visits. After having to complain about one exceptionally bad cleaning and nothing done to rectify it we gave them one more chance to get back to the original level of service. What a disappointment. At almost $400 for 90 ish minutes of cleaning you expect the basics to actually be done well.

In my opinion I would avoid this company and try someone else. Save yourself the grief and crazy high price tag.

I love maid naturally! Their products are made in spokane with only the best ingredients; I love that they use essential oils rather than harsh chemicals!! Their products clean amazingly as well as the girls they send to your homes to use them if you schedule a cleaning. I only wish I could have them clean my house more often :).

We hire them to come and help my grandma with the deep cleaning that’s more difficult for her and the service is always phenomenal. They really listen to direction well and always leave the house sparkling! Plus the products they use work and smell AMAZING. Do yourself a favor a buy a bottle of clary sage spray.
Seriously, there’re services are worth every penny.

I am a stay at home mom so it is very hard for me to clean my laminate flooring. My kids are 2 and 10 months. It wasn't getting done as often as I would have liked. We decided to try Maid Naturally and I am so glad we did. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned my kitchen table, highchairs, and took out my garbage! We hired them to come back regularly! I also love that they use essential oils! My house smelled great all day!

Love these products! They smell incredible without giving me a headache, clean the same if not better than the generic chemical packed alternatives. I think the packaging is so cute and the prices are remarkable. Seriously, better than any other brand or competitor both on the natural side of cleaning and chemical/non-natural side!

I love Maid Naturally! My parents used them when I was child and they first started, my Grandma uses them, and now I use them as a new homeowner! They do a fantastic job and are a wonderful local business to support. They are very flexible with cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time, or even quarterly) which allows me to fit cleanings into my budget. Lastly, I love their use of all-natural products. Our dog deals with allergies and contact dermatitis, so we have to be really careful about the products we clean with- I never have to worry about it with Maid Naturally!

Always professional in their services and I am obsessed with the products! The lavender spray and the glass cleaner are a must. But the soft scrub is truly magical! I recommend giving cleanings or product for gifts too.

I just used a combination of the soft scrub and abrasive on my iron stained bathtub (a suggestion from the owners☺️) and within minutes it was sparkly clean. I've been using them since Heather and Ruthanne started their business (@ 20 years). They are customer focused, efficient, and their products leave my home smelling great. When both my hubby and I worked, it was such a relief to come home to a fresh clean home. After we both retired, I did cut-back on the number of monthly cleanings to just one a month. I use that one for the most difficult areas (blinds, ceiling fans, curtains, toilets) since I can do spot cleaning between their visits. It's really nice to have the help on the hard areas as I grow into my 'greyer' years. They are good with animals and I would highly recommend them.
