Fantastic! I scheduled a cleaning for my clean freak--er, "enthusiast"-- mother who is getting too old to do things as much as she'd like. She's thrilled! They were on time, kind, and incredibly hard working. My mom is so pleased, she passed their business card on to the manager of her apartment complex and recommended he use their services when people move out.

I have used this company for over a year now and have been extremely happy with the cleaning and value they provide. They are very communicative and always on time. They are responsive to feedback and extremely accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner.

They answered the phone on Sunday afternoon, and were at the house Monday morning with a crew of hard working ladies. Cleaned an entire 2 bedroom house top to bottom, including appliances in 3 hours, and a very reasonable price. Great to work with, excellent communication. Thank you very much!

I called to get a reoccurring cleaning every other week. They were nice ladies and quoted me a a price I can work with! They do a beautiful job getting my home cleaned.  Highly Recommend.

They returned my phone call for a quote promptly. I had an empty apartment for them to clean. Easy job. I was given a quote of $75. an hour for two workers, a minimum of 2 hours. Ok. Then he said, "wait" and I could hear him talking and laughing in the background. He came back on the phone and said, "there are a lot of people moving in and out right now so it will be $95. an hour." Huh? Wow! Way to lose a customer dude. Well done! 👎

They do an amazing job we could not be more pleased! We tried various others in Spokane and none were up to their standard of clean. We use them biweekly and they are always on time and the most friendly and pleasant people to have in your home! Highly recommend!

Used this company for a deep cleaning of an old home that we purchased, before we moved any furniture in. Every window sill, every door jam header, every kitchen shelf is now totally clean. On time, charged as discussed, very efficient and thorough.

Posting for a friend — the younger girls do all the real work and clean properly, but the older lady in charge barely does anything and rushes everyone. A few workers were even on their phones while she stood around. The business could be so much better if management actually cared about quality.

Not O.K. job, will not use again. I expected for deep cleaning that cost almost $500 that my house would sparkle and not see any dust. Not the case. Staff was nice, but didn't pay attention to detail, missed several things like dust under chairs and sofa, on wood furniture dust was still apparent, bathroom floor was still dirty in spots, missed cleaning second oven, chairs and sofa were not vacuumed, etc. I'll let the photos speak for themselves, but I don't consider this a deep cleaning. It just keeps getting worse both bathrooms I had to re-cleaned shower and bathtub with cleanser and some tilex and they now shine....Apparently company uses cheap cleaning products and trash sacks...I went to throw away trash in our kitchen this morning and the bag they supplied broke and trash went all over...had to sweep and re-mop my kitchen floor.

Both of the gals were friendly, efficient and attentive to detail. There were many nice touches, like the fancy folding of the hand towels, etc. I will definitely recommend them!

I live outside of Spokane, so it’s difficult to find a cleaning service to come out so far. I’m grateful for the people at two maids making the trip to clean! Sarah M. always makes the beds and cleans the kitchen very well. We’re always glad to come back to a nice clean apartment after they’re done.

I’ve been using Two Maids services for around two years. They are worth every penny! I come home to a sparkling clean home and I feel secure knowing that I can trust Two Maids employees in my home. Employees (shout out to Jerica!) have been responsive to my requests to have particular areas of my home get extra attention.
I wish there were more options for add-ons when booking services as some of the deep cleaning tasks I would like to have done are not available (vacuum behind the fridge, wipe out cupboards, etc.)
