Needed our carpet stretched. After scheduling service with someone we found on the local Craiglist site and had a no show, Matt at Dependable Carpet Care came to our rescue! Matt was very informative and obviously very experienced in his field. We are very pleased with the work Matt did on stretching and cleaning our carpet! We recommend this business and will be calling them again for future carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

Just had them come out and clean our carpets and rugs. We are preparing our house to sell and had to bump up our timeline. This company was able to get us in under short notice and did a through job. He was also very punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend and use them again.

Dependable Carpet Care responded quickly to our request a quote for carpet repairs, but upon selecting them to perform the work, they did so within a couple of days! They are extremely professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. When it comes to the quality of work, Dependable Carpet Care is top notch. My wife and I are very impressed and will certainly recommend them to anyone needing carpet repairs!

So...what happens when you spill a GALLON of paint on your newly installed carpet? First: swear...a LOT! Second: Call Dependable Carpet Care. Matt came out and fixed it, and when I say "Fixed it" I mean you literally cannot tell where the patch is! I am super picky and pay close attention to detail and I can tell you that Matt did an excellent job at a great price. He arrived on time, was really friendly and did just an amazing job!

Dependable Carpet Care is amazing! We use them at our Commercial Property the Rock Pointe Corporate Center in downtown Spokane. These gentleman always arrive on time , are clean cut, and super professional. I have used them in multiple tenant spaces for a variety of different services such as water extraction, mildew smells in the carpet, high traffic wear, regular carpet cleaning and patching the carpet if needed! Each time it comes out great and is at a lower cost which is even more amazing. Thank you Dependable Carpet Care Team! HIGHLY Recommend!

Amazing service!
Matt is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and his rates are very reasonable.
When I moved into this rental 4 years ago, there were stains on the carpet. I had cleaned the carpets myself, only to find the stains had returned.
Matt was able to get all the stains out. The house smelled very fresh.
Upon doing the exit walk through with the leasing office, they commented on how amazing the carpets looked.
I would suggest this business to anyone in need of having their carpets cleaned.

Living in Spokane, you have to have a reliable and trustworthy carpet cleaning company available all year round. I have tried EVERYONE in town. I'm so thankful that I have found Dependable Carpet Care! There is no reason for me to use anyone else! I use Matt with Dependable Carpet Care at least 3 times a year. They are so thorough and clean. They were quick to respond to my request to get my carpet stretched and had fair prices compared to some of the other companies I inquired with. I’d highly recommend if you need carpet stretching. I didn’t use any other services, but I’m sure they do just as good a job with those as well.
