Ben (the owner) is one of the hardest working people I know. He strives to give the best care to his customers. I have seen him go above and beyond. He will work late nights and come to his customers rescue in their time of needs. This includes late night flooding emergencies. He is honest and tries to be as fair as possible in all of his dealing.

I have known Ben and Deann
for 15 years. They have cleaned our restaurant and rentals. The carpets smell and look so fresh and clean. Thanks for your hard work!

Lunds is the most professional cleaners we have ever used. We have used them for over 12 years for our rentals, home and business. We trust the integrity of this local owned family business. The quality and price are A+.

They cleaned my carpet as we instructed back in aug 2016. Just touched basis with them recently and really happy with the job they did (prior bugs in carpet which were gone after the cleaning and cleaned in a way to keep our rabbits from getting sick from the chemicals traditionally used). Also they recommended to look for a kirbey vaccum and once i found one, i couldnt be happier with it.

Ben is fair and the ultimate professional. He has been cleaning my carpets for 12 years and is very detailed and thorough. 5 stars all the way.

I met the owners of Lunds Carpet Cleaning at the Spokane home show, and was impressed by their helpfulness and honesty. We had our carpets cleaned last week. What an outstanding job! It truly improved the look and feel of our home. So impressed was I that I had Lunds come back the following week to clean our air ducts. As usual, a great experience dealing with these folks. Prompt reply to inquiries. When was the last time a contractor arrived at your home early? Happened today. The furniture and floors are expertly cleaned reducing repeat cleaning needs to 1x/year... and that is with 3 dogs! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs carpet/furniture cleaning.
