We use this everyday at our Airbnb, it's the first thing people experience, talk about, when walk into house.

They will even do RV's. With an apointment I dropped off my RV at there shop they put their crew on it and by afternoon I picked up a very thoroughly cleaned RV. Great service.

Car 1 just cut us off and forced us to slam on our breaks on a 50 mph rd. Slowing us to 25 mph. on spokane rd by the Cheney exit. If they can't drive then idk if they can clean

Awesome natural cleaning supplies that do the job they are supposed to do and leave your house smelling great. No chemicals to bother my allergies.

Bought products from them and paid $20 for fed ex delivery yet it was hand delivered. I don't care about paying their kids to deliver my products, but at least they could be honest with how it will be delivered when I specifically wanted it to be delivered by a third party to avoid contact with them.

They cleaned my house well when I didn't have much time to do it myself. They use organic products, and the owners are the best land lords I've ever had and totes recommend checking out their open vacancies if they have any.

We received a recommendation from a friend, and all I can say is do yourself a favor and avoid them. The owner will tell you they only have 2 people and schedule a 3rd as a backup, but upon your appointment they send all 3 ($50/ hour per person). They are very quick to charge your account, and submit a BS check list and don’t do half of what they say they did. They talk about a WOW factor after their service, and it’s more like “WOW. I can’t believe you’re gonna charge me $300 for half-A## cleaning.” I had to have them come back and re-clean, and I still went back and re-cleaned.

Soon after their service, the customers who recommended them began having similar problems. Not cleaning what they said they cleaned, and charging for a 3rd (unscheduled) person.

You can literally make the product from your house and it works just the same. All you need is vinegar and water with some essential oils. And the soft scrub is made from baking soda and oils. The product only get up so much in bath tubs and sinks. It isn’t that great and their services are way over priced.

I want desperately to give them a 5-star review. They were amazing to work with the few times they came out. However, after we started a regular weekly cleaning they raised their rate on me with very little explanation and when I stated that I could not afford that rate and needed to work within a budget they stated that they were unable to work with me on that reaching that budget. I am sad to see them go as they did amazing work and were always very kind to us.

We really enjoyed their services the first time they came out. They are the most expensive game in town, but with how well the house looked and felt, I felt it was worth the insanely high price tag. After that it was a slow decline the next 4 visits. After having to complain about one exceptionally bad cleaning and nothing done to rectify it we gave them one more chance to get back to the original level of service. What a disappointment. At almost $400 for 90 ish minutes of cleaning you expect the basics to actually be done well.

In my opinion I would avoid this company and try someone else. Save yourself the grief and crazy high price tag.

I love maid naturally! Their products are made in spokane with only the best ingredients; I love that they use essential oils rather than harsh chemicals!! Their products clean amazingly as well as the girls they send to your homes to use them if you schedule a cleaning. I only wish I could have them clean my house more often :).

We hire them to come and help my grandma with the deep cleaning that’s more difficult for her and the service is always phenomenal. They really listen to direction well and always leave the house sparkling! Plus the products they use work and smell AMAZING. Do yourself a favor a buy a bottle of clary sage spray.
Seriously, there’re services are worth every penny.

I am a stay at home mom so it is very hard for me to clean my laminate flooring. My kids are 2 and 10 months. It wasn't getting done as often as I would have liked. We decided to try Maid Naturally and I am so glad we did. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned my kitchen table, highchairs, and took out my garbage! We hired them to come back regularly! I also love that they use essential oils! My house smelled great all day!
