These guys are garbage. There's not way it work then as long as they said it did and especially not for 45 dollars an hour. If it did they should hire new employees. Wouldn't trust them to clean dog poop out of my yard. Stay away from on top realty as they are employed by them as well. Pictures pictures pictures

I hired this company for a professional move-out clean and specifically scheduled the appointment for Wednesday. My confirmation email clearly stated Wednesday, yet their scheduling team had them on the calendar for Thursday. We moved the clean to Friday, but they still had the incorrect address and were late to the appointment.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. After the cleaning was completed, the property manager conducted their move-out inspection and flagged several areas as not properly cleaned, including baseboards, window sills, door tracks, and wall spot cleaning. These items fall within what is typically expected in a standard move-out clean.

When you hire a company for a move-out service, you’re relying on them to meet professional standards and protect your security deposit. That did not happen here.

Based on my experience with both scheduling reliability and quality of work, I would not recommend this company.

The things that were cleaned were cleaned fairly well, but a lot was missed, even though they had time remaining on the four hour estimate. Totally missed the master bathroom toilet, too.

Maid in Spokane is the best! Time efficient and very detailed. I'd hire them again and again! 😃
