My furnace was "disgusting!" Particulates floating in the air everytime the furnace was running. No more! They did a great job cleaning my 20+ yr. old furnace. Doesn't smell like "dog" in my house anymore!

We had 21 vents cleaned. Clean Co did a great job. They were on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up after and left everything as they found it. Would definitely recommend.

They cleaned the air ducts, furnace filter, and dryer vents of our 3500 sq ft tri-level home for the very first time since it was built 30 years ago! They also sprayed all the ducts with an anti-bacterial mist. The 3-hour job came in significantly below the estimate that was given by phone. They clearly have the professional knowledge and skills to do a GREAT JOB! If you want it done right at a fair price, give them a call.

Great service, great people! The air already feels cleaner. Living in the middle of wheat fields, we have a lot of dust, and they helped us with issues we didn't even know we had. They answered all our questions and were very clean and courteous. I loved the appointment reminders and they called ahead and were prompt. Will use again!

CleanCo was recommended by my HVAC when they were unable to meet my needs. CleanCo was ontime, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and cleaned my ducting well. I would definitely recommend them for any duct cleaning needs and will use them again.

The prices were stated clearly up front and were reasonable. Joe was professional and friendly. The carpets feel great after a routine clean - we've got pets and young kids so dirt gets tracked in frequently. We'll definitely use CleanCo again

For the following reasons (pictures available, to be sent as able in separate emails due to MB size), I was less than completely pleased with the duct cleaning service I received:

1. When I asked your worker why he was taping over the ducts he advised me doing so improved the suction of the cleaning. At least four (4) of the ducts were not fully taped over.

2. The worker who removed a wooden shim from inside one of the return ducts did not replace that shim: I did that myself.

3. I advised your worker that my furnace filter had been replaced less than two months ago and that I was hesitant to have it replaced again. He recommended I nonetheless should have a new filter installed. Before he left he gave me a new filter: I discovered he had already removed my old filter when I went into my crawl space and replaced the filter myself.

4. The duct cover on one of the return vents was installed upside down: I corrected that.

5. The dryer vent cleaning resulted in quite the mess on my back porch and my grill cover: that mess was not attended to, and my grill could certainly have been moved before beginning that cleaning.

When we bought our home we had CleanCo clean our dryer vent, the lint they removed surprised us.
The CleanCo technicians were polite, professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend.

Everytime I get to interact with these guys it's a good day. Their commercial grade hood vent cleaning process is bar none, the best in Spokane. If you own a commercial kitchen operation and are entrusting your cleaning services to anyone else... STOP, get CleanCo out there asap to ensure it's done right. I've seen kitchen fires ruin a businesses reputation and ability to proceed operating their restaurant. Don't let it happen to you.

What a great team! Upon arrival, the guys looked over the project, told me their attack plan and was ready to get on it! Unfortunately, I had some areas that they couldn't access, so they revised their plan to accommodate me and away they went. My ducts were bad and it caused them a bit more work, but they went on without any complaints. AND they took $100 bucks off! Thanks CleanCo!

We had our house vents/ducts cleaned two days ago by CleaCo. There's no evidence that the air ducts were ever cleaned since construction 30 years ago. Wood fibers were in the ducts along with built up dust. The CleanCo process was amazing to watch. Ben and Denis are a very friendly, professional and efficient team. I did call around for competitive quotes before I hired them. I will say their Excellence starts in their office, Ann was extremely knowledgeable about the process and prompt and sending email and text confirmation and was quick to help reschedule when I realized we had a scheduling conflict that same day. It is recommended that you have your ducts cleaned every three years. They put a sticker on the furnace as a reminder. I like to sleep in a well chilled bedroom and I can tell the AC is being pushed into the house much better. Way to go CleanCo, see you in three years. Or maybe sooner now that I see you also clean carpet. I'd welcome your professional team into my home any time. Thank you

We had both carpet and air ducts cleaned. They provided great service and the pricing was very fair. They even gave us an additional discount for having a first responder in our family.

Service person was professional both as a person and tradesmen. Was able to remove stains another company (ZR) could not get out a few years back. Always do the carpets before holiday gatherings - look forward to next visit (much better job than I do myself) - Highly recommend

The employee was on time very nice professional and courteous! He also educated me on good carpet practices for self cleaning as well as shampoo dos and don'ts! This was the 2nd time I've used the company and will be using them again in the future!
