I had some issues with my Heat & Glo fireplace being non-functional from the wall switch without battery backup. Jeremy came out and was able to diagnose the problem, called the manufacturer to verify the part number for the piece that had gone bad (the transformer), and was also super upfront about the cost to install said part. I appreciated being able to order the part and install myself as well. It was an easy process, and I'm very thankful!

Bill Hansen visited our home today and serviced two gas fireplaces originally purchased at Falco's. Bill arrived on time and provided excellent service, both in servicing the units and customer service. Bill ensured the safety and dependability of both units, and he took extra time to thoroughly clean the glass on both units. The fireplace glass sparkles like new! They look beautiful! Bill was professional, polite, friendly, and had a positive attitude. I am very happy. Thank you, Bill! Thank you, Falco's! Highly recommend!

This is our second fireplace purchase from Falco, the first time was a positive experience so as we embarked on building a new house we knew exactly where to go.
