I have to say this.
This is probably my favorite store in Spokane. The service you get, it's Paramount to heaven. I'm telling you the the knowledge, the courtesy, the customer service and the discount. It's almost too much. It's the best place I've ever spent money at. I highly recommend with everything I have. If you dont stop by you are missing out on a real treasure.

Just recently we decided to add some fish to our family. We went into Northwest Seed & Pet without any knowledge about what we needed first other than the tank itself.

I have to say if it weren't for Michael and his helpful advice our fish would have went belly up over night. He advised us to acclimate our water, (which took us 2 weeks) helped us pick the perfect tank & although we wanted to walk out with fish that same day we listened. We came back with outstanding water from our tank so it was perfectly habitable.
Michael gave tips on which fish get along with which so we have friendly pets. Directed us to which foods we would need for our new members, showed us how to clean our tank, made sure we had enough gravel & that some other decorative pieces were a right fit. He went above & beyond. He's definitely a man who takes pride in his work, my husband & I were so impressed! We thanked him and left as happy customers. I decided to call on our way home to get his name. I hope he's recognized more for his enthusiasm for fish. He's an incredible employee in our opinion.

Le Anna in the aquatics department has an amazing attitude and was so helpful and knowledgeable in getting us set up with the proper tank equipment to start an aquarium! She was so fun and helpful, definitely cannot wait to get back to the store and work with her in picking the fish up to put in the tank!! Thank you!!
