I contracted them to run gas, install a 48" viking gas range and hang a stainless steel hood- venting through my roof. There prices were comparable to other companies that I had researched. my friends say i'm hard to please but my home is my baby, I gave them 5 stars for being meticulous in there work, they were polite, CLEAN which is big in my world, very professional.

We have used Pro Mechanical for a couple of construction jobs and ongoing maintenance for electrical for our retail locations. Windle has proven to be about as good a partner as you can ask for. He doesn't just do his job with excellence, he becomes a part of your team and tries to find solutions to either prevent problems from happening, or cost-effective ways around issues you find yourself in. He is quite honestly one of the best vendor partners I have ever come across. That kind of behavior is fed down from above with Jim and the team. A GREAT company to work with. Cannot recommend them enough.

Pro Mechanical is absolutely the best! Always willing to help - customer service is Excellent! Techs are always nice.

110 degrees outside and our AC quits working with guests coming from out of town. Called after hours and got ahold of them. They were at my house within 90 minutes. CJ assessed the problem and had cold air blowing in 20 minutes.

On time, efficient, very professional yet friendly and easy to work with. Would give ten stars but this only allows for five. Windle and John are awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

CJ was excellent. Arrived to the job on time, explained repairs and even offered to assist me with another issue we were having in the same building. Really great to work with. We will continue to collaborate with Pro Mechanical for our commercial HVAC needs.

5 stars isn't enough! Jim and his guys are amazing, professional and really good at what they do. My store looks like a brand new place thanks to them! I can't say enough great stuff about them! If you need lighting help, replacement or repair, these are the guys you want.

Pro Mechanical Services is a great company! I had such a smooth and positive experience. I needed two cadet heaters fixed and have my furnace serviced and they were able to do both in one appointment! All of the workers were very kind and polite. Jason worked on my heaters and was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why it needed to be fixed, which gave me piece of mind. Josh snd his intern worked on the furnace and they were quick and precise. I would highly recommend this company!!

I recently had two techs out to service our facility. Both gentlemen were outstanding and professional employees as well as down to earth, easy to communicate with individuals. John McEuen in particular had to come out for a second trip to finish up the install and he did so with a smile on his face and friendly demeanor. If all of their employees do as good a job and work as well as these two gentleman I definitely recommend this company for your electrical and or lighting needs.
