Chase and his crew made my move to a new city as stress-free as possible. This was the second time I’d used his services, upgrading from a simple unloading of my truck to the full Monty: loading, driving across the state, and unloading at my new place. Always professional, great communication, and no damage whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company if you live in eastern or central Washington. Chase will take care of you!

They were on time worked hard. Took time to stack all my belongings with care . Used moving blankets to protect my antiques. And we’re about the business. They knew what they were doing the minute I realized that , i had the confidence and I just got out of their way and let them be. Very friendly and the cheapest. My husband was so impressed with their expert moving skills he tipped 100$ and they deserved every bit of it. Chase the owner runs his business well. Just because I like that muscle moving I’ve already passed his name to my aunt and she said they were exceptional.

Chase and Nevin were fabulous! They were very professional and responsive. They were hard working and efficient, yet careful with my stuff. They packed our van and then we moved all the way across the country. When we arrived everything in the van was in perfect condition because of how well they packed the van. I would 100% recommend them to any friends or family.

Had a great experience with this company. They were extremely professional and so careful with my belongings. They stayed until they were completely done, even when it was almost 9 pm., and we had two trucks to unload as well as another truck at our son’s apartment to unload. Communication was great and they were willing to go beyond just unloading. I have never had unloaders who made sure everything went to the correct room. It has made unpacking so much easier. I would highly recommend this company and if we move again I will be calling them!

I used Chase and his team to help me move product from my parents house into storage. He was outstanding along with The guys working with him. Absolute professionalism very compassionate as we were moving out because my father just recently passed away. Took care of the product did an exceptional job moving and cleaning. I hired them for the next day as well to help finish moving the rest of the items that needed to be thrown out. If I could rate them 10 stars out of 5, I would.

This company was wonderful. They showed up on time and they worked hard. They were so careful with my belongings and they actually cared where I wanted each and every item. They were professional and courteous. I cannot say enough good about this company. After they were done, I called their boss and told them how good Alex and Carmen were. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a hand with moving. Thanks guys, your conscientious help is definitely appreciated.

Chase and crew were great to work with. They communicated before the move and on the day of the move. They were even a few minutes early. Items were handled with care and the crew adapted to my many requests during the move with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them for my next move.

They were amazing! I was recommended to them by a coworker and I’m so glad I took her recommendation. The process from start to finish was very easy and professional. When the two men arrived they were professional and polite and made sure to look at my apartment before starting to load. They were quick and efficient, and gentle with my items. The price breakdown was made clear to me, and the value was amazing. I will be using them again in the future!

Most amazing movers! They are professional, on time, and get the job done with most efficiently stacking. Not one thing broken or scratched. Took time to make sure everything was wrapped perfectly with moving blankets. They wrapped things I would not have thought to wrap. THANK YOU! . I will definitely hire again. You guys ROCK!

These guys are GREAT! We have a few high end furniture pieces and they moved all of our belongings and furniture with extra care. They’re professional and friendly! I especially enjoyed their 80’s music, lol. I appreciated how they were using proper body mechanics, shoulder straps and back braces to protect their backs and move our furniture safely. They are very efficient. I wish I knew about these guys for all my previous moves. 5 stars all the way!

On time, efficient, and friendly!! I have a back injury currently and needed help moving my packed up apartment into a uhaul cargo trailer. These men were amazing and were able to expertly tetris everything into the trailer. I have arrived at my destination and everything traveled beautifully and nothing damaged. These guys care a lot, professional and kind. They were incredibly efficient and careful with all the things. This is the 3rd time I have needed help with moving myself or a family member and they always are careful, kind and respectful. Chase is bright spot in how moving feels. He is so eager to be kind and help however he can.

They were so helpful!!! Such hard workers, fairly priced, got the job done (a long job in hot weather I might add) with awesome positive attitudes, & they were very respectful all of our furniture and items. Would definitely book with them again and highly recommend their services!

I was hesitant to hire movers. I didn't want to waste my money. But I'm SO glad we used muscle moving. Tayte and Carmen came to help us for 3 hours and they were amazing. They never stopped and were incredibly friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful, and their hustle was real. I don't think they could have done more in the time we had them. I hope we never move again, but if we do, I would absolutely use these guys again.

I moved to Spokane with a 15 ft truck and needed unloading. I had to change the time and I was scheduled for 1pm. The mover called me at 1pm saying they were at my place. I was still 30 minutes out and they waited for me and did an excellent job. Careful with everything. Prompt and professional. I have already called them again for a friend who moved here too. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

This was our first time ever using movers. We had a 15 foot U-Haul and live on the third floor (6 flights of stairs so pretty tough) of our apartment complex that unfortunately does not have an elevator. These guys were able to move in our entire U-Haul in an hour and a half, I was so impressed. Initially, I was skeptical about using movers simply because I was worried that it would be a waste of money, or maybe they wouldn’t work as hard as I would need them to for the two hours that I had them. But wow, if I ever move again, I will 100% use these guys. They were professional, quick, and didn’t damage any of our furniture. If anyone is looking for a moving company, I highly highly highly recommend this one.

Also, sidenote, these guys were running up and down the flights of stairs at our apartment complex, absolutely hustling to get our things into the apartment. There wasn’t any moments where they even took a break, which was not my expectation, but they really blew me out of the water. For the price that you pay this was incredible quality, and we tipped them heavily because they earned it.

I have never used movers before because I couldn’t afford it but I really needed the help this time and boy did they deliver a job well done as well as staying at a price point that was right for me. These guys were great! I was so impressed with the work they did. They were affordable, professional and kind. They hustled and took care of everything. We were so grateful for the job well done and really appreciated the work they did and that they provided the service that was still affordable to us unlike all the other places around town. So thanks again! We will be using muscle moving and cleaning again and recommending them to everyone!

I've hired Chase and his team for two moves—first into an apartment, and later from that apartment into a house. Both times, they completed the job in under three hours and handled my belongings with great care. They’re fast, efficient, professional, and their pricing is more than fair. Definitely worth it. After my main friend ditched me right before moving day, I called my bestie crying, and she suggested I use the guys she used. I called right away, and the owner took my request and said we can be there Friday at noon. I was so grateful, and a huge weight was lifted.
The two young fellas came and moved what I needed to be moved, it felt as if they could be my cousins or friends…We talked, laughed, they gave me suggestions about my new neighborhood. They drove next to me on the freeway, so I would feel comfortable with the u-haul. The guys were polite, professional, kind, treated my items with love. I can’t say enough about this experience. I will definitely use them again when I move.

Showed up on time. Very fast and put carpet protectors down where needed. I didn't wrap pictures and a large TV and they got to the destination unharmed About half of what MoveHer charged. A very good experience.
