Dave Ross is awesome. Very personable and best of all, straight forward. He didn’t clutter the furnace replacement conversation/estimate with a bunch of unnecessary chatter—I really like that. And Dave showed up early and that enabled me to be to work on time—thanks Dave.
Day of install—Zach and his partner were great. They knew there stuff and had everything together—they were super easy to be around and did a phenomenal job on the install. Thanks Zach and partner (sorry—should remember your name). I will certainly recommend Tapps to all my neighbors who after 18 years, will also, eventually, need a new furnace. -
