Ken at Ashley Westmark’s Preventive Maintenance Services is outstanding! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail and proactive approach—he caught potential issues early and handled everything efficiently. On top of that, he was friendly, respectful, and left everything clean and in great shape.

Ken and his wife were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, thorough, and incredibly kind. They cleaned our dryer vent and went above and beyond by going into the crawlspace, where they discovered the dryer hose had become disconnected. They reconnected it and made sure everything was working safely and properly. A few days later, Ken even followed up to ensure everything was still working well. That extra effort gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear they truly care about doing the job right. Their level of care and attention is rare these days. I highly recommend Ken and his wife to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning—outstanding service all around!

I’ve worked with H&S on multiple jobs now. They are very professional, skilled craftsmen. Jobs are organized and clean. I’ve always been able to get in and do what’s needed because the prep and schedule stay on track.

H&S has been fantastic as I've worked to install a egress window in my ADU. Nathan has been patient with the city's permitting process, and he's an excellent communicator who does terrific work. Highly recommended, and I look forward to working with them on future projects!

H&S Construction and Renovation did a fabulous job renovating our attached garage into a living space. They finished the project on budget and schedule. We are thrilled with the results. Nathan and his crew installed built in Shaker cabinets and canned LED lighting in my craft room that were very much needed. I love them. They are perfect for my needs. The men were on time and efficient, and very pleasant to talk with. I would hire them for my future needs any time. I am so sorry for this late review. I was dealing with some serious health issues for the last several months.

Great experience with Sean! He repaired our chimney and did a great job. No more leaks coming down on our children even after that crazy thunderstorms.

Sean, Nathan, and the team did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. It went from a broken bathtub and outdated features to a beautiful walk in shower with a modern spa feel. They communicated well, completed the work quickly, and even came in under budget. I won't hesitate to use them again for remodel projects.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with H & S. Nathan, Sean, Ed, Dawson and all the subcontractors were wonderful. Our great experience started before the project did. We got several bids and Sean and Nathan were by far the most thorough and attentive to our requests. Our project evolved into something much different than the original plan and they were flexible with us and always willing to meet and discuss our ideas.

Once it was time to start the project, the preplanning and preparation they did to get everything organized and scheduled paid off and we had zero delays. We had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entire floor worth of floors, doors, trim and dry wall work done, added a beautiful BIG window and were able to move back into our home right on time. If there was something that wasn’t quite right, they already had a plan on how to make it just right.

We are so happy to have trusted H & S with our home and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I was provided with a calendar at the beginning of the project showing what would be done each day and the people scheduled to do the work consistently showed up on time ready to go. Sean, Nathan, Ed and Dawson take great pride in everything they do which is evident in their workmanship. They transformed my house into a lovely, cozy home. These guys were so great to work with. Small town friendliness. Came out and did a walk thru. Listened to what I hoped to accomplish. They made recommendations. They placed the order and notified me right of arrival. Very quick at coming out to do install. Left no mess. Financing extremely reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with this incredible team, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Our home is over 100 years old and, as you can imagine, it comes with plenty of quirks. The team approached every challenge with patience, creativity, and a solutions-first mindset. They helped us navigate unexpected issues without ever compromising on quality or design.

What really stood out was how flexible and informative they were throughout the entire process. As first-time remodelers, we had a lot of questions, and they always took the time to explain each step and make sure we felt confident in every decision.

H&S did a great job on a garage conversion to add a bathroom, laundry and mud room while still leaving room for a one car garage. This was done for a family with a with a child recently diagnosed with Leukemia. It was a labor of love for them. I was so impressed that they were called in for renovation/reconstruction work at a commercial building where I work. They were able to meet the compressed timeling with time to spare. Great job guys.

Jack did an excellent job of replacing my from steps. He arrived on time, answered any questions I had and wrapped up the job in good time. Sean and Jack were very professional and easy to work with.
