House Cleaning reviews in Sumner, Washington

Great experience with Ceystal Carpet Care from start to finish! Moen was professional, informative and friendly. Our carpet is close to it's last legs, and thanks to the great cleaning and repairs by Moen, it looks like it'll last another handful of years!

Tony came to my house in Normandy Park and cleaned our carpets and hardwood floors. He was a super nice guy and both surfaces look brand new! Highly recommend

Crystal Carpet Care came to our home and cleaned our carpets and did a good job. When the carpet dried there were two spots that appeared that were new and must have been under the carpet pad when the carpets were installed. This of course was vexing. I called Crystal Carpet Care to see if there was anything we could do or what it might cost to fix the unseen problem. The person on the phone was polite and said they would schedule someone to take a look and see if they could remedy the situation. The technician was friendly, professional, and went beyond what we expected from today’s visit. Not only did he get the two appearing stains out, he cleaned the rough edges and stretched a wrinkle in the carpet, which was a tripping hazard for my husband and I. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care. Thank you to our technician, Moe

Crystal Carpet Care does excellent work! Tony V. Was on time and polite. He was informative and got right to work. We love using CCC, they make our carpets look brand new each time!

The service man Mo was fantastic. He was Polite and very informative 10 out of 10 for him. I originally called two places to get estimates on carpet cleaning. The first place I called had more years of experience than you however, after speaking to the person on the phone with your company, I decided to go with you. She was so friendly so kind and just had a presence about her on the telephone that I’m like Yep this is the company I want to use. I would totally recommend you guys and I will be definitely using you again. Thank you so much for your great service.

Mo did an amazing job! Scheduled for 3:00pm and he communicated that he could be earlier, arranged to move to 2:00pm. Called me at 230 to lmk he was on his way. Arrived promptly at 2:00pm. We did a walk through and he quickly got to work. under 90 minutes and my carpets and stairs look amazing! So happy to have this done. I will definitely call Crystal Carpet Care again. I also want to say the person I spoke with on the phone was also really great! She was also one of the reasons I called back after calling the company I had used previously because she was so nice and personable.

We called yesterday for a carpet and rug cleans and they gave us a flat fee and got us in the next day. Tony came in on time and was very informative, quick and professional. He even informed us that some people are sensitive to the deodorizer and had us smell it first to make sure we’d be happy with it. Very thoughtful and efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone 👍🏼

We were able to make a next day appointment and Moen did an amazing job. He was super honest with what we needed, pricing was reasonable and he was super hard working getting 4 rooms plus hallway/stairs done in about an hour. The carpets look great and we would definitely use Moen and Crystal Carpet Care again!

Dangerous drivers!!! Guy today heading north on hwy 167 going over 70 (cause thats what i was doing)3:45pm. Tail gating EVERYONE. im talking less than 2 feet to the person in front of them. Bobbing and weaving through traffic. Would not recommend a company that tries to kill kids and an old lady with a work van.

Satisfying outcome and reasonable price.

Thanks for your hard work John. No more stain and odor of my couch.

Me and my family have been using this company for decades they are fabulous always taken care of us in a timely fashion and with excellent care.

Very pleasant and nice people to deal with. I got a great deal with them very affordable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

They did an amazing job for a great price I was very very happy.... They cleaned up after my two dogs and three kids it had been too long and I was very worried about the carpet ... More than a few pet spots and a little neglect..but I'm pleasantly surprised it smells and looks amazing I'm so grateful to them.... We will get back on a normal schedule and definitely be calling them once a year for now on.

Good price and the quality of John’s work is incredible. Definitely recommendable.
