Did wasn't great

So far, nothing. Called Monday, set appointment for Tuesday and here we are Thursday, still no sign of anybody. Freaking joke of a place. NEVER CALL!

What a joke of a plumber, his mother who runs the office must never pass messages on to Richard, or don't mind lieing out there teeth to sooth you at that moment.

Had problem with water heater element. Had to drill it out. Richard did a great job of it. Replaced both elements & everything works great. That was 6 months ago.

Richard has worked on our plumbing for years. We have a few rentals and other properties. We love his prices and attitude!

We had an urgent clog at our Puyallup office. Richard worked us in to his busy schedule the same day, went to work quickly and solved the problem with in the hour. He worked quickly, efficiently, clean and he was very pleasant. I don't know what more you could ask.....oh yes, the price was reasonable! We'll keep his number handy for reference to all our clients.

I'm a single female limited income and was in need of a vehicle,,this man sold me a very nice looking truck,,but I had it 18 hours,,,took him home ,I came home ,next day I went to the bank and home,then went out to go to the grocery store,,it never started again!!
I called him same day,he said he didn't have any money!!,, it still sits in my parking lot! He got 1,200 cash,free money,,how can he feel good about doing that to anyone?? If he can do that he can do ANYTHING!! ,,I wouldn't trust him near my pipes if I got paid!! after he's done,you may have a problem that never existed!,, BUYERS BEWARE!,,,,,

Hot water delivery was inconsistent in the shower. A technician flushed the water heater and checked internal components. Hot water now flows steadily. Everything was tested before leaving. I feel confident the problem is resolved.
