I'm told Potelco is the only contractor PSE uses for utility installation-thus it appears Potelco can get away with cancelling scheduled installs, not communicating with PSE case manager regarding rescheduled installation, and when you call Potelco-they can't give any information related to who is in charge of install, when installation is to occur etc etc. (secrecy) Local contractors inform me this is what Potelco does when they get behind in their work. We need another company to compete for PSE's business to thwart monopoly Potelco enjoys and abuses.

Guys in potelco truck swerved through 2 lanes of traffic. Almost hitting my car and running me into curb then start tailgating me flipping me off for something that was totally their fault need to do better research on people they're going to let drive their company vehicles

Tonight a driver almost ran into me in the intersection of Custer and Capitol in Trimester. He entered the intersection and realized he was in the wrong lane. Instead of finding a different route to the freeway, he cut me off within inches of my bumper. His trailer license plate is 8496-YL.

no communication, just got notified that our power is being shut off in a few minutes, people have been working on this project for weeks. I am trying to run a business and would have had a back up generator onsite to handle the phone systems and computers. Now all of our customers will suffer because of your lack of communication.

They don't warn you when they will be coming, they block driveways. Start work with LOUD equipment at 7 am, run around screaming at each other.

Horrible company that lacks clear communication. They handled the electrical upgrades in my neighborhood. We were notified in advance of power outages, but Potelco would cut off the power the day before, or go grossly over the expected outage time. The phone number we were provided by Potelco was never answered nor did they return phone calls during outages.
