This is a terrible company. They came checked my mom's air conditioner and got a bill for $400 for a new thermostat that was never installed. And never fixed anything.

We ordered our propane fireplace insert the first week in October. We paid 3/4 the cost of the insert. We did not get it finished until just before Christmas. We were told the company sent a gas fireplace insert and we had to wait for the part. Then we were told the company they bought it from had to make the part. We finally got the part in and we had a death in the family so we did ask if they could come 3 days later to put in the part. We were planning on them being at our house Monday morning but they didn’t come until Tuesday. When we finally got it done, I called to see what kind of discount we would receive since it took so long. They did pay for the gas company to come out again to check the stove since they weren’t ready on the day they told us to schedule the gas company. I am very disappointed with the manager staff for not giving us a discount because it took so long. They said they ordered the right insert but the company sent the wrong insert. I feel they should have taken that up with the company. They said they had to get the parts made and shipped. Again, if the right stove was ordered, then the company they ordered from should have paid for the parts to fix the problem. I like working with the service men but would not recommend this company for a new stove or insert.

Called to set up a quote and was the best i received in the valley. They came in did the job plus they didn't leave a mess. Very professional and answered all my questions. Give them a chance, they will treat you right not like those big companies.
