These guys did a great job. They brought down a couple tree's that were uncomfortablely close to the house and bracketed by a propane tank and fence. None of the limbs or sections of trunk came close to touching them. They also identified a large diseased maple that they also laid down. Clean up was awesome. Honestly, watching Joel climb into the trees and do his thing was one of the most interesting displays of skill I have seen in a long time.

I didn't think it was possible to remove my half-dead tree without damaging my roof or fence or both, then my boss recommended Jacob Smeland and I have to say he and his crew are very impressive young men. At my request they even hauled off the old tree, cleaned off the roof and gutter and raked the yard, it's like the tree was never there. Problem solved.

The crew that came to my house to remove 2 large maple clusters (one dead standing and one live) that were close to buildings (within 10 feet) that could be damaged were very professional and safety conscience. Over the course of three days they safely dropped the maple clusters and then cleaned the area. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

These guys do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. They clean up as they work and everything runs like clockwork. I had nine trees to cut, some 150ft+, in tight areas and all of them had to be climbed, limbed, then taken down in sections. These guys are pros and know how to handle every scenario. With my trees they had to use several different methods depending on the tree and location. I had cedars, firs, and two dead hemlocks. I was worried something would get damaged or someone would get hurt. The only thing that got damaged was my neighbor's fence a few feet from a cedar they were cutting. A stray limb fell and knocked off three fence boards. Within two hours Jacob (the owner) already had sent someone to buy the same boards and had the fence repaired before the neighbor knew anything happened. This was a 4 day job and they did it in 3 days.
